Pros:

Kahvaltı harikaydı çok çeşitliydi
Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi , valizimle ilgili bir sorun yaşamıştım. Döndüğümde bile ilgilendiler.

Pros:

ロケーションがとても良い。観光にも，交通機関(地下鉄・電車・バス)の利用にも，日用品・食料品の購入にも不自由がなく，近所の大きな公園でリラックスもできる。
部屋や湯沸かしポットも清潔で，ちゃんとした大きさの折り畳みデスクや十分な数のコンセントなど設備も良い。部屋の清掃をPCやスマホから予約できるなど，スマートなシステムなのが良い。PCやスマホをTVに接続できる。
6Fのルーフトップバーが，一人でも気軽に利用できてリラックスできる。
部屋にキーを置いたまま手軽にチェックアウトできる。チャックアウト当日の朝食後などに，これからチェックアウトすることをフロントで口頭で伝えれば，チェックアウト完了。レシートもその際に発行されるので，スーツケースを引きずって慌ただしくチェックアウトしなくて済む。

Cons:

冷蔵庫があると良かった。
ホテルの入口や6Fのフロントデスクが分かりにくかった。最初，フロントと間違ってレストランの階に降りてしまったのかと勘違いした。
朝食は美味しく不満はないが，5日とも同じメニューだったので少しくらい変化があると最高になると思う。

Very central location right next to subway but unfortunately extremely noisy Saturday night; music and partying going on well past 1 am in the neighborhood.

Jeg er generelt meget lidt tilfreds. Uforstående overfor, at betale for et superior værelse, som ligger på 2. sal og IKKE har kedel og kaffe på værelset. Min kollega betalte for det billigste værelse som er uden vindue, men fik et værelse på 5. sal MED vindue. Derudover er der ikke rødvinsglas i baren, men kun hvidvinsglas, øv.

So many positives if you don't mind the stuffy, warm room
Pros:

I am staying here right now for six nights. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the breakfast is wonderful, and the location is so convenient, right beside the Norreport train and Metro stations, and it's walkable to the many sites you want to visit. However, it's early evening and I came up to the rooftop deck to sit in the cool breeze because my room is unbearably stuffy and warm and there is no way to cool it or or even turn on a fan to move the air. I lay awake, sweating, for several hours last night. Unfortunately, this is a deal breaker for me and I would not stay here again. Even a small fan in the room would help. For anyone who does book it, you may want to request a room in the back (unless noise doesn't bother you) because the street noise, music and late partying, are very loud for the lower floors in front.
