Pros:

Amazing staff – incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. Breakfast and food in general was delicious, the views were stunning, and the location was perfect. I would have given a 10 if the room had been warmer and if coffee and tea had been provided in the room (you could consider adding per room).

great value super-comfy beds
Pros:

The bed was fantastic, the room was small but really cosy and a big bathroom, very warm welcome at the 6th floor

Cons:

Perhaps the elevator ringing , since my room was close , not too bad though but a little less volume would not hurt

Cons:

Reception在6楼，进门没有明显提示找了很久。房间很小，虽然房间介绍里有写12平，但实际感觉起来更小，桌子都是折叠的，放箱子也不方便

Excellent boutique style hotel in central Copenhagen
Pros:

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast choice was extensive with a lot of fresh, healthy and local options. The room was a great size, comfy beds and a great size bathroom with a powerful shower.
The location was great to access the metro and central Copenhagen.

Cons:

There wasn't much not to like but a small shelf in the bathroom would be really helpful for toiletries!
The lighting was a bit interesting to operate in the room.

Pros:

Heerlijk hotel in het centrum van Kopenhagen, met het Nørreport‑station en een supermarkt letterlijk voor de deur, en een Q‑Park op slechts enkele minuten lopen. Voor ons was dit ideaal. In de omgeving vind je bovendien veel restaurants, winkels en cafés. De kamers zijn comfortabel met een heerlijke douche, en het ontbijt was uitstekend.

Cons:

Er viel helemaal niets tegen, dus het voelt wat vreemd dat ik hier twee of drie zinnen over moet schrijven.

Pros:

Ubicacion excelente, servicio impecable, habitaciones de tamaño justo pero muy comodas. Si hay que poner una pega es que la calefaccion no bajaba la temperatura durante la noche aunque lo hicieramos manualmente, se volvia a subir. Personal muy amable. Bar 6º planta 100% recomendable.

Cons:

Bajar la calefaccion en las habitaciones.

Oda, çok küçük ve konforsuz, adım atacak yer yok. 3 gün kaldık odada temizlik yapılmadı.
