Worst hotel! Not recommended for peaceful stay.
Pros:

Only the lift service is good. Otherwise its not at all an hotel

Cons:

We stayed at room 205. Overall everything gave a very bad experience in this hotel. Right from check-in. The door lock is not working. TV and refrigerators are not working.AC in the room was not working. After mentioning it to the room service no one attends it. Room phone was disconnected and kept in the corner. There were cockroaches roaming. Powercute in the early morning, no power backups. Absolutely chaotic experience. Remove this hotel from your listing

The staff at reception was not professional , the room initially provided had issues with toilet flush and spray. Didn’t feel clean later got shifted to a mamanageable room also no single water bottle provided

Property of a low-life person.
Pros:

Nothing, really. The host is a cheap person. Just coz someone paid him more for the property for the same dates. He cancelled my booking and informed me at the middle of night that my booking is cancelled and I was left with no relevant booking option for the same price and ended up spending almost double the amount that I was paying for this one and also booking's customer "support" staff mentioned of compensating hardly a small amount for this inconvenience, which they haven't done it yet and making things more complicated for me. It's better to book places that have 24x7 reception than some low-life people who post their villas for booking and cancel at the end moment coz someone else pays them like 500 INR more.
