Pros:

Pretty much everything! The rooftop bar and grill was great though!

Cons:

Our room was right above the high and it was loud. But they did have a sound machine in the room to drown that out.

Over priced
Pros:

Room was great. Valet parking staff was great.

Cons:

Staff at check in was not very helpful with anything we needed. Long story short we came in town to a festival. We wanted to check in the hotel before we went and freshen up a little and was told that our room was not ready at 3:30pm. Very disappointing, so we pack our stuff back to the car.

Pros:

The bed was not comfortable, very noisy every time you moved. The vent in the room was noisy when the a/c kicked on. I was very disappointed that I paid for 2 nights of secure parking only to find out that 34 cars had their windows smashed. My window miraculously was not. However, someone from behind the desk, who seemed franctic handed me my car keys on the way out as there was no valet present. I was not yet aware of what happened. He did not offer any warning or tell me what happened which I thought was very poor.

Pros:

Me and hubby enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean. I’ve never heard of AC Hotel. Glad we found it! The hotel is located in downtown Columbus. Will definitely stay there again.

I requested a quiet room due to my sleep issues, so I expected the hotel management to inform me about the nightclub on
Cons:

I didn't appreciate the surprise when I arrived at 10 PM. I was informed that there was a disco on the 8th floor, and the music would continue until midnight. I needed to rest because I had been traveling, and I had to drive again the next morning.
