Great location
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

They were fully booked and short on house keeping staff. We arrived early and hoped for an early check-in; however there were no rooms clean yet so they told us they’d call when our room was ready so we went to explore the city. By 4pm we still hadn’t received a call and the lobby was filled to the brim with guests waiting to check in. We had to stand in line and check in at the front desk again because they never called us. The staff was very kind but this delayed our plans for the evening and we were there for a concert as were most of the other guests. I felt bad for the front desk staff because they had so many upset people but I did expect they’d offer some compensation for everyone not getting into their rooms until after check in time because they had jacked the prices for the rooms to an absurd amount due to tue concert and marathon being in the city that weekend. Overall we liked tue hotel though.

Some needed improvements would go a long way
Pros:

The cleanliness of the facility was good, the location was good, especially for are traveling reasons, we like that it did have valet parking.. We really liked that it had a rooftop restaurant and bar along with an additional restaurant inside as well.

Cons:

The rooms were tight. The water pressure was horrible.
On so, ice machines were only located on even number floors.(2, 4, 6) we were put on an odd number floor., also, when asked for a late checkout due to our flight changes, it was denied,, the staff was by far, not the friendliest.. We travel quite a bit, and this was a disappointment. Especially after we had come to the rooftop bar, on our last time of travel to Columbus and decided to try the hotel and rooftop bar again, so our surprise It was a disappointment.

Wonderful experience. Staff was helpful, clean rooms, shower etc. We did not try breakfast but wish we would have!
Pros:

I love the room! It was so clean, and felt safe keeping my items in the room.
Valet parking was worth it!

Cons:

We did not encounter anything that we didn’t like about the property.
However, the bed was not as good as we were expecting.

Soooooo close to perfect!
Pros:

Location is excellent for anything in the convention center. Rooftop breakfast was terrific. Didn't visit the restaurant, but maybe next time. Clean, relatively quiet (there is a public park nearby with regular activity but it doesn't go late). Comfy bed and pillows. AC works fine.

Cons:

No water pressure whatsoever. Even with the pulse shower head it took me ages to rinse the shampoo out of my hair - and my hair is short! Only negative on an otherwise great stay. We will likely return just because of the location, and plan more time for showers.

Very good stay only complaint was the valet parking
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Food was great in the restaurant inside the hotel along with happy hour

Cons:

I wasn’t informed you had to pay for valet parking. I feel parking should be included in the cost of the hotel stay we did not use valet so therefore it was extra cost was not necessary.

Mediocre.
Pros:

No free breakfast. Charged to room. We didn't have it. Restaurant was good - a bit expensive, but good. People were very good.

Cons:

Problem with the sink water valves- no hot water. Shower floor a little dirty looking. Coffee maker located nowhere near an outlet- had move it to a table in another room... 1 half and half creamer and 1 coffee mate. Not enought. The coffee was poor. I had to throw it out. The little store had disappointing selection.
