El hotel y habitaciones no son lo que ves y pone en booking

La habitación 114 y de lo que el hotel llama económicas que en booking no se llaman así son muy pequeñas y el cuarto de baño ridículo imposible dejar tus cosas de baño de lo pequeño que es
Reservamos cama doble y nos dicen que solo tienen dos camas en todas las habitaciones
El servicio muy malo
Queremos hacer un upgrade y nos piden 50€ por habitación cuando esa habitación está en 15€ más en booking
La sauna no está disponible, no la ofrecen y cuando preguntas no está disponible

Great choice as a base for skiing
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel in an excellent location, very close to the planai station, train station and numerous restaurants. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice. We chose to leave our ski gear at a locker at the planai which meant we had a short walk back to the hotel after skiing and we could enjoy the apres ski.
