Pros:

There is a common lobby on the 12th floor of the 85 Tower where many hotel companies have offices for guests to check in. 85fourseasons does not have an office on the 12th floor. They said that the 29th floor is their office but all the doors are closed and there is no sign. I asked housekeeping people and they said they didn’t know and laughed at me. The phone number in the reservation is incorrect. Finally I found someone on the 12th floor who called them. A woman gave me a key and showed me to a room that was very minimal and basic in amenities... a small bathroom with plastic shower, simple couch and low bed.

一開始沒有登記，就直接帶我們進房，到房間之前還要走迷宮...3千多的住房價格還沒有免費停車，另外還有300元停車費，浴室沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡整間濕答答，而且水龍頭一直漏水...

Pros:

It supposed to be non-smoking room. However, when I turned on the air conditioner, the whole room is full of smoke smell. The air con is centralized so there is no way to avoid by changing a room. I don’t feel comfort to stay in that room with the smell.
