The room (Polo) was very nice, lots of space, very big comfy bed, great facilities including mini bar, nice touch with fresh milk in the fridge for the tea / coffee.
The rooms are excellent. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped with kitchen facilities and a fridge.
The receptionist who welcomed us was excellent. Knowledgeable and very helpful. He carried our case and showed us to out room.
The room was very very warm. There was a fan, but it didn't provide much relief.
The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfy. It was kept to a nice standard. The mini bar was well stocked with a nice selection. Water pressure was good and the space in the bathroom was good.
The room was HOT, with nothing more than a desk fan to try and combat that, which made sleep quite hard to come by. There was a lot of outside noise, deliveries to nearby busnisses seemed to arrive all through the night.

Great location for staying in Chester town centre. Staff were really nice and very helpful. They put our family on the same floor which was great as we had a few of us staying for a wedding
Rooms were a bit warm, during the hot weather. They did provide AC units but were not too effective.
Arrived to a beautiful smelling reception area with a friendly face. We stared in The Ralph apartment which was lovely with lots of space and everything we needed.
The apartment was the front of the building so unfortunately we could hear music from the bars till 12am.
Felt luxurious. Clean and comfortable with an amazing soft, cosy bed.

Gorgeous room. Staff so helpful and friendly. Great city centre location. Happily recommend it. Great value for money.
Air conditioning would be nice but it’s a listed building so it’s probably not allowed. Two fans were already in the room and we were told to ask for more if needed, but this was plenty.

Staff - when we found them- were pleasant.
Room was stiflingly hot despite very old, inefficient air con unit which needed the hose to hang out of the window. Didn’t throw out any cool air at all. Also a fan in the room but was ridiculously hot in there and we barely slept a wink. Small bathroom with no free surfaces to put our toilet bags on so they went on the floor and got soaked when we used the shower. Shower screen too short so whole floor got wet. No staff at reception when we arrived and we had to phone a number on a card to get someone to check us in. No lift to top floor rooms.
Everything was perfect EXCEPT no Air Conditioning. Staff had set up a fan and a portable A/C unit with a hose out of an open and noisy window with pigeons nesting outside. Both were poor and noisy. I will stay there again in the winter but never again in the summer
