No breakfast
The bathroom was far too small. We could not pull our curtains as a multi store car park was right opposite and there were no nets on the window, which made the room so dark with no day light. Very expensive for what you got, definitely not 5 star.

Location is good, the room was excellent with a copper bath. Bed was very comfortable
The pillows on the bed were not comfortable in my opinion, however that could be a preference thing. The view of a building site was not great, but we can't stand in the way of progress

Just come back from a wonderful nights stay at the Hotel Chester , from start to finish I could not fault anything this apartment hotel has to offer , first making contact before we even arrived to inform us over parking , to the friendliest receptionist that checked us in and walked us to our room , the room was spacious and clean with high quality furniture and beautiful finishing touches x I can’t thank all the staff that we spoke to enough and can’t wait to come back thank you xx
Spacious apartment and great location.
The room was quite hot and we needed to use the air con machine, which meant keeping the windows open. On the first morning, I was woken up at 5.30am because of noise from the shopping centre loading bay immediately opposite. Not exactly ideal when on holiday! I would probably also expect proper coffee/coffee pods in a 5 star hotel and at least some complimentary water, particularly as the water from the cold tap was lukewarm.
