Pros:

Super friendly staff, great location and really nice hotel overall

Cons:

The room we booked this time had pillows that were really hard! Also not the hotels fault but there must be a bar nearby that had music booming until gone 2am, i dont remember hearing this last time we stayed

Absolutely Amazing Apartment Hotel it was my Birthday and I was given an upgrade.. one word Fabulous .. Staff went above and beyond and location is bang on City centre.. definitely will recommend and stay again.

Amazing as always

Everything great as normal - kindly upgraded also :-)
Staff really helpful, smells great, rooms very clean and well decorated.
I stayed in Flamingo this time! Copper bath, separate shower, comfy beds and reception room too!

Cons:

Because of the central location, the views aren't amazing but that cannot be helped.
This is made up for by the central location and quality of the accommodation and staff.
I've stayed here many times.

Most luxurious, comfy stay with amazing staff!
Pros:

Super clean and most relaxing stay ever! Beds and shower were gorgeous and rooms were lovely and spacious, enough room for our big Labrador! Staff were so lovely and helpful and gave our Labrador lots of love!

Cons:

A little bit noisy at night with the window open but as soon as they were shut it was completely sound proof!

Fabulous hotel for exploring the beautiful city of Chester
Pros:

Fantastic room. Clean, warm and very comfortable bed with quality linens. Separate sofa area with cooking facilities ideal for a weekend break. Wonderful copper bath and a wet room and always hot water. 2 TVs with Netflix. Ideal location for the city with everything in walking distance so a great base for exploring. The staff were excellent. Contacted us before our visit, our room was ready 2 hours pre check in and we were given an upgrade due it being a birthday celebration. Special thanks to George who was a great welcoming host. Would recommend and return

Overpriced and noisy
Pros:

Comfortable matresses

Cons:

Extremely noisy outside into early hours, and noisy guests returning, very late. Apparently there were complimentary earplugs in bedside drawer but how would one know that. Only one brand of tea, two sachets Nescafé with powdered milk. Creepy antler thing hanging from ceiling!

Wonderful weekend in beautiful accommodation
Pros:

The manager and staff were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. They also went above and beyond. The property is central. So clean and modern and bougee. They also own the bar next door which is lovely too.

Cons:

Would be nice if they offered breakfast - even if from the pub next door.
