We stayed for 1 night in the Money Penny apartment. The guy on reception was really helpful and checked us in quickly and helped us with our suitcase to the apartment. We had requested for a travel cot prior to arriving and this was already in our room on arrival.
The apartment itself was absolutely stunning and very clean. There was air conditioning in the bedroom which was great as we visited during a heatwave. It was lovely and quiet all night, we didnt hear a thing outside and had the window open in both the living area and the bedroom. The beds are super comfy too!
The location is perfect. You can park in the multi story car park which is right next to the hotel and everything you would want to do in Chester city is close. The Zoo and Chesire Oaks are also a very short drive away.
Overall this was a fantastic apartment and we would happily return here in the future!
Quiet and relaxing, nice big tv with Netflix
A bucket in the room from a leek, but understand it couldn't be helped
Best hotel I’ve stayed in! The hotel was absolutely spotless, staff were welcoming, & couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect . Fantastic trip , will definitely highly recommend & stay again
Location was fantastic, right next to the car park & centre
The hotel was absolutely beautiful, rooms were absolutely lovely and spotless.
Staff amazing will definitely recommend
It was in a good location easy walking distance to all attractions and town centre . Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given an upgrade as it was so hot and a portable air conditioner was in our room
Very difficult to find especially from the car park. On a Sunday morning shopping centre doesn’t open until late so only access to car park is via ramp
Beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect. Facilities within the room were also excellent.
We stayed for one night in the Elegance Room and had a fantastic experience. The property is beautiful, the staff excellent, and the management genuinely generous. The room was spotless, with a few thoughtful extra touches that made everything very easy. The location is ideal — close to everything — and the public parking (paid separately) is conveniently next door.
We were celebrating a quick stopover for our 25th Anniversary, and the team went out of their way to dress the room and make a real fuss of us, which we truly appreciated.
I had read that the room can be noisy, and that’s correct as it backs onto a pub garden. Chester is a vibrant city, and there’s noise everywhere, especially with England playing that night and the weather being extremely hot, so everyone seemed to be outdoors. It didn’t bother us at all — and to be honest, by the time we returned, I can’t even remember hearing anything.
A great stay overall, and thanks again to the team.
Hotel is extremely short staffed - on arrival at reception nobody on desk. Had to ring a phone to get somebody who eventually arrived who was also cleaning and other jobs
Hotel is poorly signed, not obvious from outside and not clear were to enter for reception
Room was average at best )(Bouquet) but bathroom was a match box and just miles to small
Sold as a luxury hotel but it’s just miles off in today’s standards
Average hotel at the best
Beautiful
Lovely
The hotel was in a good location we were able to sight see and enjoy the amazing restaurants.

Good size rooms, fantastic location in the heart of Chester, walk to Watergate Street, the River Dee. Easy local car parking.
Hotel was amazing and staff exceptional
Nothin
This hotel is absolutely stunning. I’d been eying it up for months, and it exceeded my expectations entirely. The decor in the Flamingo suite is beautiful, and it was peaceful. Staff were incredible - Huge shout out to Gweneth who is so lovely and chatty.

Hotel in a very good location near the shopping centre, and lots of restaurants and bars in the centre of Chester. The staff were really helpful upon checking in and made us feel extremely welcome. The room was lovely with nice kitchen area within the room.
Some issues around noise from workers on Sunday morning which is out of control of the hotel, but it was a little annoying.
Staff were very good. Rooms were clean
Noise from other tenants and noise from pub
Location was quiet and private with easy access to car parks and the shopping centre.
