Friendly staff, clean, quiet and nice rooms.
Bed was too soft.
The fragrance in the reception area was divine! The room was luxurious, comfortable and included everything we needed!
It was very warm during the night, however there was a fan in the wardrobe.

No dressing table or plug near a mirror. Extractor hood too low so husband banged and cut his head on sharp corner.

The room we booked this time had pillows that were really hard! Also not the hotels fault but there must be a bar nearby that had music booming until gone 2am, i dont remember hearing this last time we stayed
Absolutely Amazing Apartment Hotel it was my Birthday and I was given an upgrade.. one word Fabulous .. Staff went above and beyond and location is bang on City centre.. definitely will recommend and stay again.

Staff really helpful, smells great, rooms very clean and well decorated.
I stayed in Flamingo this time! Copper bath, separate shower, comfy beds and reception room too!
Because of the central location, the views aren't amazing but that cannot be helped.
This is made up for by the central location and quality of the accommodation and staff.
