Newer hotel

Cons:

Room was dirty. People smoking weed in pool area. Went and told front desk said couldn't do anything. My kid couldnt used pool. The pool was the main reason stay at hotel vs family house

Todo fue una excelente estancia, el personal muy amable, las instalaciones muy bien, familia de 5 personas muy cómodas en la habitación, limpieza todo excelege

Cons:

El refill o el resurtido del desayuno, los dos días que use el servicio, tardaron hasta media hora en surtir el desayuno caliente, había otras opciones pero sería el único pero que le pondría, por lo demás todo excelente y el desayuno en si es muy bueno

Nice, big congrats rooms but not soundproof.

Thin walls. Had to listen to heavy snoring from the room next door literally all night.

Pros:

It’s always clean when I get there

Cons:

My only issues are that I always get placed at the end of the hall… always! And when I called to see if I could check in early cause I was done handling the business I needed to attend to I was told I’d have to wait till 230. It was only an hour away and 30 minutes early but I have been accommodated before so I figured it’d be no problem. But overall I enjoy staying there and usually have no issues besides the ones spoken of.

Location was nice. Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. Beds were very comfy!!

Cons:

Not a big negative for us, but if you like a good hotel breakfast, this wouldn’t be your hotel. Everything else was great!

My preferred place to stay.
Pros:

Niyonsaba was very helpful. Friendly and exceptionally nice.
Breakfast was better than average. Could have been better with healthier options.

Hallways should be swept daily.
