Great location and charm, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.
Pros:

The location of the apartments is great — right in the city center, in a reconstructed old house hidden between small streets. Of course, you cannot expect any spectacular view, but the place definitely has its own charm. We stayed on the upper floor and the room looked exactly like in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable, which made sleeping really pleasant.

Cons:

However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. When traveling with a child under 2 years old, the floors get inspected very carefully, and unfortunately here they did not pass the test — there was quite a lot of dust. Some bathroom facilities could also use renovation or replacement, as they looked old and worn out (rust in the shower, loose bathroom door handle, and even a hole in one of the towels).

The property was well managed,very clean and in a great location

It was a bit difficult to find I would suggest that the owners add more signs as it isn’t accessible by car and needs more clear instructions

Eine schockierende Erfahrung – dreckig, feucht, unzumutbar, absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Ehrlich gesagt gar nichts. Die Unterkunft war in einem Zustand, der absolut nicht zumutbar ist.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war extrem feucht, es stand ein Entfeuchtungsgerät mit bereits vollem Wasserbehälter im Raum – ein klares Zeichen für ernsthafte Feuchtigkeitsprobleme. Dazu war es völlig verdreckt: Überall Haare, Schmutz und ein muffiger, widerlicher Geruch. Diese Unterkunft sollte sofort von der Plattform entfernt werden – sie ist gesundheitsgefährdend und eine Zumutung für jeden Gast.
