Mixed review … fair overall.
Pros:

The experience overall was fair. I would have given it a higher rating if it wasn’t for the fact that I needed to call down to the front desk and nobody would answer. Our door on our room was malfunctioning, creating a safety hazard. But the real bright spot was the woman in charge of the breakfast service! She was so so kind and just wonderful!

When can I move in?
Pros:

I have never had a negative experience with Marriott and this was my first experience with TownePlace Suites. We were lucky to have an end room with two massive windows! The full kitchen was impressive. Everything was modern, clean, and worked well. The breakfast showed how much they cared about creating a welcoming atmosphere. So many options and much thought put into it. Each and every staff member that we interacted with was vibrant and genuinely cared about making it a positive experience! Just wish this location had a hot tub. :)

Everything! We have never stayed at a TownePlace Suite before, but it is now a preferred hotel. Rooms so spacious, comfortable and super clean.

Above all, the staff is friendly and helpful. Very professional as well. See you again soon!
