Excellent service. The hotel personel is a super-power of this hotel. Breakfast is great - plenty of options for most of the guests.
Room was very clean and staying there was satisfying.
The localization is in the center of old town - be mindful that parking options are poor.

Rendkívül kedves személyzet, még soha nem volt részünk hasonló fogadtatásban! A szobánkat hamar elkészítették, üdvözlő finomságok mellett pedig útbaigazítást kaptunk a városról. Nagyon finom reggelit kaptunk, szép, tiszta szobánk volt. Az elhelyezkedés pedig nem lehetne ennél központibb. Mindenképp szeretnénk visszatérni.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. All of the staff were exceptional, maybe the nicest we’ve ever encountered. They made us feel so welcome, as friends or family rather than a customer. The views from our room were great and it was quiet, so we weren’t woken up by the call to prayer. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

What I liked most about this hotel is the hospitality of the staff. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman by the name of Annel. He sat us down when we arrived and gave us a welcome drink and also a lot of information about the hotel and the surroundings. He was honestly the best front desk person I met during my travels to the Balkans region. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel too. Dinner was very delicious. The breakfast had a good spread too. The boys who carried our bags up and down the stairs were equally awesome. They have been trained so well in hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel and hope to return soon someday. The location seems to be the best in Mostar as the souvenir shops and the bridge is 2 minutes walk away.

We were staying in this hotel for 5 nights and I need to tell everyone that this place worth every euro you spend! Service is strong 5/5 stars! You will see all Bosnian welcoming in this place!

*Food 5/5 stars, everything is cooked fresh and soooo delicious!
*Nights we spent there were super quiet even if you leave the window open you will hear artificial waterfall which is at the hotel territory! You even don’t need to use earplugs! Really!!! (The only thing that early in the mornings in the city all mosques play “azan” so you need to be ready for that and if you don’t want to hear it just close your window, but we enjoyed that for real:)))) In every number they have air condition so you can make comfortable temperature in your room even if outside is +40 degrees :))) And beds are incredibly comfortable so if you are tall there is much space for you! 5/5 stars!
*Location is the best - you are in the middle of everything!!! 5/5 stars!
*Everything is clean and well prepared for your arrival and during your stay there is always somebody who can help you! 5/5 stars!

We loved everything!
The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the crooked bridge as we ate our meals on the terrace. Also, it is in the heart of Old Town so you can walk right up to the bazar, the old bridge, and the museum.
Breakfast is AMAZING!! There is something for everyone-eggs cooked 3 different ways, meats, pastries, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. It is the best breakfast buffet we’ve ever seen. Also- order the sač for dinner. You won’t be sorry!! I had the chicken, and my husband and son had veal and lamb. It is delicious!!
The room was great with a comfortable bed and roomy shower.
The BEST part was the staff!! We were greeted by name every time they saw us. When we asked for help with anything, including when my son lost his key (We will never let him live that one down 😂 🤣 ), they were quick to help us and always with a smile on their faces. I hope I’m getting their names correct. Adan, Janet, Anel, and Naijla are all helpful and very fun to talk to. I would absolutely stay there again if I was ever in Mostar and will definitely recommend it to any friends or family who decide to visit that beautiful area.

Our stay in Mostar was absolutely wonderful! The staff were very friendly, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. They even helped us carry our 4 big and heavy luggage bags from the car park to our room, which we truly appreciated after a long journey.

The breakfast was superb — so delicious, and the beautiful scenery overlooking the heart of Mostar made the experience even more special. The room was very clean, spacious, and just perfect for our family of 4.

A special thank you to the pretty girl at the hotel who kindly gave a biscuit to our little Spiderman — such a sweet gesture that made our day 😊

Overall, everything was superb and we had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended

This is one of the top 3 best hotel experiences I've ever had. I don't think I could recommend staying somewhere more. The best staff, great accommodations, and perfect location. If you are going to Mostar, there is no other place to stay.

Struttura fantastica in centro storico di Mostar a due min dal ponte. Camere molto curate e pulite. Personale meraviglioso, cordiale e accogliente. Ristorante del hotel molto buono con cibi di ottima qualità. Colazione a buffet ben presentata.
