O preço não vale a estadia.

A localização é ótima e os funcionários são muito atenciosos.

Cons:

O quarto contava com duas camas de solteiro unidas com uma esponja alta entre as duas o que ficou bem ruim visto que éramos um casal. O chuveiro vazava água pela mangueira. No café da manhã, o ambiente interno estava bem quente e na área externa as mesas estavam sujas, tive que solicitar que limpassem. Também havia um evento no hotel o que impossibilitou de almoçarmos na nossa chegada. A reserva havia sido feita justamente pela possibilidade de usarmos o restaurante devido à vista. Inicialmente fiz a reserva para a data errada. Entrei em contato com o hotel para alterar e eles não foram nenhum pouco solicitos.
A cortina do quarto não veda totalmente a luz externa. O banheiro é todo de vidro, fazendo com que não se tenha muita intimidade ao usar o vaso sanitário.
Paguei por duas diárias e em nenhum momento o hotel ofereceu algo para compensar o prejuízo.
Os córregos ao redor do hotel estão sujos com bastante lixo.

Best hotel stay we ever had!!!
Pros:

We have traveled a lot around the world, and been to many hotels, but this is genuinely the best experience we ever had. The staff is so lovely and incredibly friendly. Very kind and genuine people. We loved every single interaction we had with them! Breakfast is amazing, location is perfect. Such a beautiful hotel with nice facilities. We will definitely be back❤️

A masterclass in how a hotel should operate with the perfect team running it.
Pros:

I’ve stayed in hotels around the world, some of them 5 star establishments, yet never in my life have I come across such excellent staff with such perfect customer service, they really set the bar so high.

This was my birthday trip and I was torn between this place and a more modern luxury hotel out of the old town but I 100% made the right choice!

From the moment we walked in we felt so welcome, every member of staff made effort to talk with us and we genuinely enjoyed our talks with all of them. There is a really great energy and something really special about the team at this place. A shout out to Jannet especially :) who has the brightest bubbliest personality and to the waiter who brought my coffees in the morning who’s name I didn’t catch but was really sweet!

I could have hated everything about the hotel but the staff alone would have made up for it!

But when it comes to the hotel, it really was perfect. The location is beautiful and you can take many exits one of which lets you step into the heart of the old town.

The rooms were clean and had the main amenities you need and whilst I’ve never understood why some hotels have bathrooms with translucent glass doors that lack privacy (I mean I guess it’s a nice design) but this hotel did the smart thing and put a curtain there which you can use to cover the glass. The AC was also great and I slept like a baby each night on a very comfy bed.

The breakfast was the same each day which was fine for me because it was consistently great with enough variety. I loved each morning watching one of the staff members really take their time carefully constructing the beautiful display of fresh fruit, melons, pineapple, watermelon, the attention to detail was immaculate.

Despite being in the heart of the old town during the world cup, it was peaceful, no noise pollution.

My only regret was not finding time to have dinner here but I pray I return here and have some food in the future.

The building is old so doors were a bit of a struggle, and the bathroom door had a tendency of getting stuck if locked, but no big deal.

A hotel felt like home (this means a lot for a Greek person!)

Fairytale property, couldn’t be more central to the old town centre, bazaar and old bridge.
Pros:

Beautiful property, incredible hotel, fantastic location.
The staff were extremely helpful, young men carried our luggage (and there was a lot as we were travelling with our two teenage daughters!) from our parked car to our room, and again insisted on doing the same upon check out.

Cons:

Nothing, however the rate was expensive.
