Wundervoller Kurzurlaub in toller Umgebung
Pros:

Top Lage, wunderschönes Hotel, schönes Zimmer und vor allem die Warmherzigkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Frühstück war ausgiebig und sehr lecker.

Sadece tek gece konakladık, çok güzel bir tesis,Mostar’da kalınabilecek en iyi yer diyebiliriz. Özellikle personel çok ilgili, nazik, kibar, misafirperver ve memnuniyetiniz için her şeyi yapıyorlar. Bugüne kadar dünyanın birçok yerinde birçok otelde konakladım. Bu kadar güler yüzlü bir ekiple karşılaştığımı hatırlamıyorum. İngilizceleri de çok iyi. Belli ki işlerini büyük bir ciddiyetle ve çok severek yapıyorlar. Otele ilk geldiğimiz andan itibaren çok özel bir ilgiyle karşılaştık, check in işlemleri halledilirken bize çay ve kurabiye (sonradan Saraybosna lokumu olduğunu öğrendik) ikram ettiler. Sonrasında da ikramlar devam etti. Sürekli her şeyin yolunda olup olmadığını büyük bir özveriyle takip ettiler. Özellikle Anel’e çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Ayrıca sabah otelden ayrılırken bize saraybosna lokumu hediye eden hanımefendiye de teşekkür ederiz.

Everything was perfect. Location is great. Staff is amazing. Not just walking an extra mile but 3 extra miles. Really great people and everything with a big smile.Thank you guys
Breakfast is also great. We had dinner at the hotel ( we stayed just one night) and the food is more than ok. Great place to stay. Strongly recommended.

We liked everything, especially the staff, they made us feel special.
Pros:

Exceptional, I give a clean 10. The city is wonderful, the accommodation is located right in the center, the parking space costs 15 euros and is next to the hotel. The people are very welcoming and smiling and helpful. We were upgraded to a much larger room at no extra cost

Leaving was so hard!
Pros:

Absolutely everything. The location, just over the Crooked Bridge, was perfect. The room was comfortable and the staff were polite and helpful. They welcomed me with tea and biscuits, and then gave me a packet of biscuits as I was leaving.
The food in the restaurant was excellent, and I would go back just for that.

Cons:

There was a small problem with humidity in the bathroom.
However, the worst thing about the hotel was having to leave!
