The location is honestly unbeatable right in the heart of Mostar’s Old Town. You step outside and you’re immediately surrounded by the most beautiful, vibrant atmosphere. Charming little cafés, music, cobblestone streets, people everywhere it really feels like you’re living Mostar like a local.
The hotel itself is beautiful and full of character. The architecture fits perfectly with the Old Town and gives the whole place such a special atmosphere.
And the breakfast… WOW. I’ve stayed in five-star hotels where the breakfast wasn’t nearly as good as this. So many homemade cakes, fresh fruit, different cheeses (loved the goat cheese with herbs ;) ) and traditional Herzegovinian specialties. You can tell that everything is carefully chosen and made with love.
And then came dinner the cherry on top! I had the traditional lamb ispod sača and I honestly think I would come back to Bosnia just for that. Absolutely delicious and unforgettable.
The rooms were clean, comfortable and beautiful, but honestly, the staff deserve a special mention. I don’t even know how to put it into words I have never experienced this level of warmth and genuine hospitality.
This wasn’t just a hotel stay it felt like a little experience of Mostar itself. Beautiful location, amazing food, incredible people and so much character. We absolutely loved it and would come back in a heartbeat!
Location is amazing

– Exceptional location in the heart of Mostar’s Old Town – seriously, it can't get any better!
– Beautiful historic atmosphere, especially the breakfast terrace overlooking the stream and waterfall was fairytale-lkike.
– Excellent breakfast and genuinely wonderful staff, especially Janet! Their hospitality is perfect.
– We really appreciated the welcome drink, complimentary room upgrade with a private terrace, help with our luggage, and being allowed to work in the restaurant after checkout.
– The room was nice.
– The Wi-Fi remained slow even after we tried the different networks (as asked).
– There was a persistent smell from the bathroom drain, although the room itself was very clean. The hotel later explained that this can result from the building’s old drainage infrastructure, which explains it, but I still think a bathroom should not smell bad.
– Unfortunately, the hotel’s post-checkout communication damaged our otherwise excellent impression. After I initially awarded the stay 9/10, management contacted me privately, emphasised the monetary value of our room upgrade, suggested that the 9/10 score might have been an “oversight,” and asked me to consider changing or removing the review. I find it unacceptable to ask guests to delete reviews, especially since 9/10 is still an excellent score.
Das Hotel besticht durch seine exzellente malerische Lage in der Altstadt an der kleinen Steinbrücke, durch die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und vor allem durch sein hervorragendes hochmotiviertes Team. Ein Team, das es versteht, vom ersten Moment an bis zur Abreise den Gast glücklich zu machen. Das erlebt man selten. Damir, Anel, Faris und die Kolleginnen an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück waren zugleich höchst professionell, sehr herzlich und zugewandt. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen (Lamm und Hähnchen im traditionellen Sač - Grill) waren außerordentlich lecker. Wir hatten einen außergewöhnlich guten Aufenthalt in der Kriva Ćuprija und bedanken uns sehr dafür.
Wir waren im August da und waren darauf eingestellt, dass es in der Stadt heiß sein wird. Wer Hitze nicht gut verträgt, sollte dann nicht unbedingt im Hochsommer nach Mostar reisen. Wir haben uns im klimatisierten Hotelzimmer abgekühlt und auch hervorragend geschlafen.
Nichts. Es war alles bestens.
TOP NOTCH HOTEL IN THE CENTER OF THE OLD TOWN

Ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen und habe mich direkt wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht und das Ambiente sind wirklich einmalig. Frühstück liebevoll angerichtet und lecker. Es war wirklich eine schöne (wenn auch kurze) Zeit und ich würde jederzeit wieder hier einkehren, wenn ich in Mostar bin. Zudem erhielt ich ein Upgrade für ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Aussicht auf die Brücke.:) wirklich nur zu empfehlen!
In der Umgebung gibt es eine Bar wo ab und zu Abends Veranstaltungen stattfinden, gegebenenfalls Ohropax einpacken

Un hotel en pleno centro histórico al lado del puente torcido, con camas cómodas y muy buen desayuno, los empleados son muy amables
Nada, hay música en directo en un bar al lado, y suena bastante, pero realmente le daba ambiente al lugar y a las 00.15 terminaba el concierto
Lo staff è incredibilmente gentile, amichevole e mai invadente. La struttura è pulita e super centrale. C'è parcheggio privato per i clienti dell'hotel. La colazione è ricca, varia e preparata con cura dallo staff della cucina.

Wow experience
Exceptional stay at Kriva Ćuprija. The views were beautiful and serene, and the property was charming and full of character. The highlight was the staff, especially Anel, who was incredibly helpful with recommendations, bookings, and anything we needed. Highly recommend.
Die Lage und das Personal war mehr als zuvorkommend
Die Zimmer sind für den sehr hohen Preis zu klein. Die Sauberkeit könnte bzgl des Preises einen Ticken besser sein.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, proprio al centro storico di Mostar. Ha una vista molto bella.
La colazione al mattino era ottima e anche la cena, pietanze ben cucinate e molto interessanti.
Le camere sono scomode, con molte scale da fare. Per i bagagli non è un problema perché i ragazzi gentilissimi dell'hotel ci hanno portato su e giù tutti i bagagli, perfino al parcheggio.
Però resta la scomodità di molte scale durante il soggiorno.
Inoltre un hotel 4 stelle non può chiedere ONLY CASH!!
