Lo mejor de Mostar. No des más vueltas.
Pros:

Sin duda tu mejor opción en Mostar. El principal punto a favor es la calidad de personal, su atención fue realmente sobresaliente en todo momento. Me ayudaron con un problema que tuve con mi teléfono móvil. Además la ubicación es simplemente la mejor de todo Mostar. La calidad de las instalaciones bastante buena. La comida de un nivel alto comparado con el resto de sitios de la zona y el precio muy contenido. Recomendable 100% gracias a todo el equipo por hacerme sentir tan bien acogido. Este lugar merece mucho la pena.

Un séjour inoubliable, marqué par un accueil exceptionnel, des moments précieux et magnifiques.

Séjour exceptionnel du début à la fin!
Nous avons séjourné à Hotel Kriva Cuprija avec mon mari et tout a été absolument parfait. La communication avant notre arrivée était fluide et rassurante, et l’accueil sur place a été d’une grande gentillesse.
La chambre était magnifique, très confortable et soigneusement préparée. Le cadre est plein de charme et on s’y sent immédiatement bien. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et généreux, et le restaurant mérite vraiment d’être testé — leur spécialité de barbecue est excellente !
Mais ce qui rend cet hôtel vraiment unique, ce sont les personnes. Nejla et Anel ont été incroyablement bienveillants et attentionnés, et toute l’équipe (Jenet, Afin, Fares, Jasmin…) a contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable.
Une mention toute particulière pour le cadeau offert à la fin du séjour, une attention délicate qui m’a profondément touchée et que je garderai précieusement chez moi comme souvenir 🤍
Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et une immense gratitude. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

Das Personal, die Lage, das Frühstück…

Cons:

Kleinere Mängel, wie zum Beispiel, dass beim Duschen Wasser auf den Boden spritzt, weil es keine Tür gibt … und es ist auch ziemlich rutschig. Im Grunde genommen Konstruktionsmängel.

We were thrilled with our stay at Kriva Cuprija, and a huge part of that was the warm welcome and help from the amazing

The location is perfect and the room was spacious and beautiful, but the real highlight was the amazing staff that really made us feel truly welcomed. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great time in Mostar.

Pros:

The location and the overall design of this hotel are unparalleled. However, what made my stay here so pleasant is the staff: everyone has been extremely friendly, professional and helpful.
The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
There’s public parking available nearby and the famous Mostar bridge is only a few steps away.
The breakfast buffet is just perfect! And I wish I had had dinner at their restaurant, too, as it looked amazing - next time! :)
As an extra feature, there’s a stream flowing “through” the property, which makes for a magical background lullaby.

Cons:

For me this was not an issue as I prefer it, but it’s worth noting that the mattress is on the harder side.

If I could make a suggestion for improvement, that would be to offer a separate shampoo/conditioner rather than a 3-in-1. Our hair would be grateful! :))

Wunderbares Hotel in top Lage! Aussergewöhnlich freundliches Personal! Schöne Zimmer, moderne Einrichtung! Frühstück war exzellent und reichhaltig! Das Restaurant war ebenfalls hervorragend und sehr einladend! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen

Good choice in Mostar
Pros:

The staff is just amazing. Very attentive, super helpful with everything and really making sure you feel welcomed. The location is perfect, right at the center of Mostar you can do everything walking.

Cons:

Internet was quite slow and dropping frequently. There could be some improvements with cleaning. Overall it’s a good choice for Mostar.
