Pros:

Ich habe wirklich noch nie so einen guten Service für so einen günstigen Preis erlebt. Wir waren wirklich total sprachlos.. unglaublich freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.. zudem waren wir total begeistert von dem Essen. Wir können es nur jedem empfehlen in dieses Hotel zu gehen. Wir werden aufjedenfall wieder vorbeikommen, sollten wir nochmal die Möglichkeit haben :-) vielen Dank für alles!!

Pros:

Fabulous hotel in a wonderful city. The location is perfect; a few steps from The Old Bridge and overlooking the Crooked Bridge. Well appointed room with great AC and fantastic on site facilities, cuisine and staff. Recommend highly.

Muito bem localizada, perto das atrações e o quarto é confortável. Funcionários atenciosos

Cons:

Não possui elevador, tem cheiro forte vindo do rio, café da manhã razoável e teve festa de casamento no hotel, com sol alto direto no quarto, pois é hotel pequeno.

A legjobb szálloda amiben valaha megszálltam.
Pros:

A szállás elhelyezkedése tökéletes. Mostar szívében percekre minden látnivalótól. A parkolás a szállástól függetlenül üzemeltetett parkolóban lehetséges de ez is 50 méterre van a bejárattól. Szépen karban tartott szálloda, gyönyörű környezetben a patak partján fekszik. A fogadtatásunk tökéletes volt a személyzet részletesen elmagyarázta a környékbeli látnivalókat, az étterem és a reggeli működési rendjét. Ilyen figyelmet amivel a személyzet minden tagja leste a kívánságainkat és mindent megtett hogy a lehető legjobban érezzük magunkat még nem találkoztam, pedig elég sok szállodában megfordultam már. Külön kiemelném az éttermet, ami a szálloda része. Változatos bosnyák és nemzetközi ételeket kínálnak. A személyzet ajánlására kipróbáltam a tradicionálisan elkészített birkát. A legjobb birka volt amit valaha ettem. Mindenkinek ajánlom. Köszönön a szállodának és a személyzetnek hogy tökéletessé tették a Mostari tartózkodásunkat.

Enjoyed ever bit of our time in Mostar and this hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious as was our dinner eaten on the outside, view terrace. The staff was extremely helpful, both caring and efficient. Location great with close by parking. Must be willing & able to walk stairs.

Wonderful stay in Mostar! Loved it!
Pros:

attentive Staff who helped with parking and luggage, very friendly, comfortable bed, location was in the center of old town, very walkable but also quiet. Coffee was delicious.

The true soul of Hotel Kriva Ćuprija isn't in its stone walls or the views, it lives in its people.
While the interior, design, and views were all amazing, what impressed us most was the staff. People here were extremely friendly, simple, and talkative. Right when we arrived, a pleasant young man at reception shared stories about the war heritage, including his own family history and the relationships between Bosnians and other Yugoslavian people. My fiancé was especially moved by this because she is from Ukraine and can relate to the pain carved into the memory of a nation that went through armed conflict.
The staff helped us with our luggage both when we arrived and when we left. Every single person we interacted with, around five people in total, was kind, smiling, and completely open.
The second thing that blew us away was the breakfast. It was super generous and had an incredible presentation, just like you would expect in top luxury hotels. The cooks really know what they are doing and have a real eye for aesthetics.
We can see that Bosnia is still recovering from the consequences of the war, and we genuinely wish them prosperity. Hotel Kriva Ćuprija is a wonderful place to stay.

Wyjątkowy hotel w samym sercu Mostaru! Od pierwszej chwili czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Już po przyjeździe obsługa zajęła się naszym bagażem – został odebrany z parkingu i dostarczony prosto do pokoju. Przez cały pobyt personel był niezwykle serdeczny, pomocny i uważny. Sam hotel ma niesamowity klimat, piękne wnętrza i świetną lokalizację. Czuliśmy się bardziej jak mile widziani goście niż zwykli turyści. ❤️
Kriva Ćuprija zdecydowanie zostanie w naszej pamięci i z przyjemnością tu wrócimy. Polecamy z całego serca! 🇧🇦

Pros:

Met stip op 1 het hotel met de beste service die wij ooit hebben ervaren. En dat naast de fantastische locatie, de ruime schone kamers en het goede eten. Als je naar Mostar gaat, neem dit hotel. Echt fantastisch.

Charming hotel, amazing staff and awesome hotel and restaurant! ❤️
Pros:

Charming hotel in UNESCO listed building right in the old town next to the Crooked Bridge, the more famous Stari Most is only a few minutes away. Absolutely wonderful staff, upon arrival we were met by Aden with a refreshing drink and all the info we needed about the room and where to go to make the most out of our trip. They also kindly upgraded our room as we were staying longer than a few nights, this was soooo appreciated. The room was spacious, comfortable, beautifully designed with views of the Crooked Bridge. The breakfast bar was fab and they offered Bosnian Coffee. The staff Janat, Adna, Aditya, Arman, the Chefs and of course Aden were fabulous too … ensuring our trip was brilliant with recommendations, insightful conversations and carrying our luggage from and to the nearby private car park saving us the stress of lugging suitcases over cobbled pavement. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and we left with the happiest of memories.
We had dinner there also and it was the best meal we had in Mostar (1 lamb dish and another veggie dish) with brilliant service, the presentation of food and dessert were top notch.
Will def return one day soon and thank you for your kind hospitality Kriva Culprija 🙏🏼❤️

Cons:

There was nothing that we did not like … we were informed via email to bring cash for payment so came prepared.
We were aware that we would be paying 15 euros per night in a private car park with security cameras, the other option was on the road paying 10 euros per night … we opted for the piece of mind.
