Pros:

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit, mais l’hôtel est parfaitement situé pour visiter la vieille ville.
Beaucoup de charme, super bien placé.
La nourriture était excellente, aussi bien au restaurant qu’au petit-déjeuner.

Un grand merci à Dzenet et Damir pour leur gentillesse: super accueillants, polis et vraiment adorables. On s’est sentis très bien reçus !

In the heart & all rounder hotel, luxurious stay with a feel of the culture
Pros:

The staff were outstanding, the mannerism in which they received us and the hospitality was respectful and welcoming. They were very helpful with helping with luggage and explaining the different accesses from property to the area. They even gave us history of the area which was really nice since I hadnt booked a tour guide. The room had a lovely view of the old bridge. All the facilities in the room were of very good quality. Was truly impressed. The breakfast had soo much variety and there are regular locals which also come for the buffet breakfast which is really nice. The best was the white chocolate and pomegranate cake ❤️‍🔥

Cons:

There are quite a few stairs but the staff are soo helpful that it takes away the stress of luggage. And the three entrances give you better accessibility as they are from all three levels in the building.

Fantastic location, premises are beautiful, warm and friendly staff who were all joyful, helpful and attentive to all our needs and requests. Anel, Damir and Nejla really took care of us and made us feel like we were not just at a hotel (as well as everyone else who work behind the scenes).

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage in der Altstadt.
Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt, was sehr praktisch ist.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.
Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hundefreundlich – ein großes Plus für Reisende mit Vierbeiner.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

In all my travels I wpuld rate the staff in the top 3 I have encountered . So helpful , so friendly from the Car Park to room luggage help to the orientation talk and local knowledge . Truly outstanding .

Cons:

Its not a dislike but a ptacticality , you need to be reasonably mobile for Mostsr in general . The period builds mean lots of steps and cobbles . As a couple of out of shape 60+ we coped but knew our legs got a workoit

Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en un lugar excelente, cerca de todo caminando. Es de destacar la atención y calidez de todo su staff. Siempre estuvieron dispuesto a ayudar preocupados por nuestro bienestar.
El restaurante del hotel es excelente.

Cons:

Estábamos alojadas en un 4to piso por escaleras. (Nos subieron las maletas pero subir y bajar cansaba) No solicitamos cambio de habitacion, supongo que lo hubieran hecho.
El baño tiene media mampara lo que inevitablemente se mojara el piso.

Pros:

I had an amazing stay at Kriva Ćuprija in Mostar. Recommended it already to all my friends. Everything was truly exceptional from the rooms to the staff to the food. The room was spotlessly clean, with beautiful furniture and a very comfortable bed i slept like a baby.

The staff went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. They helped us find parking and even assisted with our luggage from the car to the room. We were genuinely touched by their warm hospitality and kindness.

Breakfast was a real highlight everything was homemade, with a wide selection of delicious local pastries and fresh fruit on the buffet. The variety and quality were outstanding. We also enjoyed lunch at the hotel restaurant and were impressed by the flavors and the skill of the chef.
Highly recommend sac!
This hotel exceeded all my expectations. Thank you!

Un’affascinante struttura nel cuore di Mostar, a pochissimi passi dal bazar e il ponte vecchio, ma non nella folla di turisti. Lo staff è super accogliente e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta, il ristorante è ottimo, abbiamo cenato entrambe le sere sulla loro bellissima terrazza panoramica. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare da loro e godere della loro gentilezza e allegria.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception and all staff members were absolutely amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. It was honestly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.
The hotel itself is fantastic and very well located. Breakfast was especially enjoyable, with a great variety of options and very good coffee. We also really liked the restaurant overall. One of the most unique and beautiful features is the garden area and the river with a small waterfall flowing under the hotel, which makes the atmosphere feel special and memorable.
The rooms were fine and comfortable, though nothing particularly exceptional. However, the outstanding service, warm atmosphere, and unique setting worth a prasie.

Cons:

The rooms could benefit from better soundproofing, but it didn’t significantly affect our overall experience.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das junge Team ist unglaublich engagiert und freundlich – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die erstaunlich guten Deutschkenntnisse, die die Kommunikation noch angenehmer gemacht haben.

Das Frühstück war top, mit viel Auswahl und frischen Produkten. Die Lage ist perfekt – mitten in Mostar, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Zudem gibt es einen sehr guten Parkplatz, was in der Innenstadt ein echter Pluspunkt ist.

Insgesamt eine fantastische Erfahrung – vielen Dank an das gesamte Team! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
