Fantastic stay, amazing staff, I recommend the hotel.

The staff was absolutely fantastic, beautifull breakfasts and great location! Worth to visit! I will definately come back to this hotel.

Guests required to pay for commercial automatic coffee machine coffee in foyer.

Concierge staff very prompt and attentive while restaurant staff were slow to attend to guests,
not just myself noticeably with other restaurant guests..
Wait staff lacked engagement and attentiveness with restaurant clients.

Having stayed in 3 hotels across Europe & 3 weeks on a European river cruise ship the lack of the above facilities & staff attentiveness was very marked.

Pros:

Adjacent to Fredericksborg palace and its spactacular gardens. Situated in a quiet, pretty neighbourhood. Old charm of a great establishment.

Összességében jól éreztük magunkat. A teraszról, illetve néhány szobából szép kilátás van a tengerre
Pros:

Közel van a reptérhez és a tengerhez. Bőséges reggeli. A reptér közelsége ellenére, nem volt zajos.
Kényelmes volt az ágy és a szoba bár kicsi, jól felszerelt volt.

Cons:

Nagyon zavaró, hogy a légkondit nem lehetett kikapcsolni és az ágyban fekve az arcunkra jött a hideg levegő. Az is kellemetlen volt, hogy hajnali 2:00-kor kopácsolásra ébredtem (30 percig tartott), mint ha valamit szegelnének, bár gondolom ez nem jellemző, inkább csak egyedi eset volt.

Nice location and interior. Front desk staff very kind and service minded. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name.

Cons:

Poor internet connection on the 12th floor.
Unable to connect to TV from iPhone.. the front desk staff tried but couldn’t fix it either.

Pros:

Хостелът е на удобно място за бърз достъп до центъра, за разходки. Ние имахме включена закуска, която беше вкусна, имаше богат избор.

Cons:

От летището до хостела няма добра връзка. В хостела с голямо движение на посетители, доста е натоварено по асансьорите, шумно е от рано сутринта. Сам си слагаш чаршафите и при напускане ги връщаш. Стаите не са добре поддържани, прашно е, банята не е добре почистена. Закуската е вкусна, но е ужасно неприятно в самата столова, голямо движение и блъскане на хора. При настаняване ни дават фиксиран час за слизане на закуска, и въпреки това е блъсканица. Мястото за оставяне на куфари през деня след напускане на хостела е отделно от рецепцията и се справяш сам, няма помощ от рецепция. Като цяло, цената която платихме за една вечер беше твърде висока за качеството на услугата.
