Pros:

Hotel was appropriate located near the highway and made our trips in and out of the city convenient. Onsite parking was good.

Cons:

How to get to the front of the hotel to checkin was not clear. Better signage would have been more helpful. Additionally the breakfast in the morning while good was expensive.

Ok but won’t be staying there again
Pros:

Location next to Dadeland mall but directly on the back of the mall. Next to the canal. Plenty of parking. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good

Cons:

The pillows were beyond bad. Lumpy and super uncomfortable. Water pressure not good

Pros:

Fairly quick car ride to and from airport. Attached to Dadeland Mall so great location for shopping. Lovely staff at front desk and bar/restaurant. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel experience
Pros:

Excellent stay. The hotel’s location next to Dadeland Mall is incredibly convenient, with direct internal access to the mall. The service is outstanding, and the manager truly stands out, she does an exceptional job, is always present, and sets the tone for a team that is consistently helpful and attentive. Parking is easy and gets you into the hotel quickly. Highly recommended.
