Great hotel - parking is expensive
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Really nice beds and very clean. The lobby and restaurant were bright and welcoming. Would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The $20 parking charge per day is quite steep - especially as the multi-storey car park was never anywhere near full. Would like to see this reduced or even provided for free as the hotel wasn’t exactly cheap, and was an expensive addition to the stay (even if you embedded this cost?). Especially as it’s hard to navigate Miami without a car.

El personal es bien diligente. Siempre bien atentos

Cons:

El costo del parqueo es muy caro por día y no me lo notificaron
El costo por el desayuno es algo caro para los niños ya que no hay muchas opciones para ellos.
Tenía un olor extraño en los pasillos de los pisos y área de la barra del segundo piso.
La ducha de mano no se mantenía estable en su sitio
La habitación no se sentía tan limpia como las veses anteriores que me he quedado.
Aire acondicionado de los pasillos muy frío y muy ruidoso.
Jardin del área del parqueo en el segundo piso nesecitaba atención. Podarlo.
