Service that makes a difference
Pros:

We came to Miami to visit family and do some shopping. This boutique hotel is very well located, the staff is very friendly, especially, Kevin, who was very kind to assist my mother and me in getting familiar with amenities and services at this venue. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Pros:

Hotel was appropriate located near the highway and made our trips in and out of the city convenient. Onsite parking was good.

Cons:

How to get to the front of the hotel to checkin was not clear. Better signage would have been more helpful. Additionally the breakfast in the morning while good was expensive.
