I want to say thanks to all staff, they’re so helpful.
Pros:

Was very nice to see the room decoration. it was simply outstanding. And other things was also very nice. I love the location also is very close the all major shopping mall.

I stayed with spouse. Staying was good. Room was good and clean. Breakfast was good with manues.
Pros:

Location of hotel is good. As it is in city centre so convenient to go other places.

Cons:

Checkout time may be extended for 1/2 hours on request.

The location is excellent. It’s in the middle of the town centre. Everything is walking distance from the hotel. The shopping centres the restaurants you cannot go wrong if you choose this Hotel.

Don’t stay in this hotel
Pros:

On surface the hotel and location looks good but it’s a false misleading cover!…
It’s a shame because the hotel had potential.
We stated in the Royal Suite and supposedly the best room in the hotel. If this was the best room then I worry for the rest of the room.

Cons:

Everything and probably the worse hotel I have been to.
Yellow jacuzzi bath water ( no idea why it is yellow!..)!.. Very poor and rude customer service apart from the initial welcoming customer service whilst checking in. When I complained about the water they ignored our complaint and made it look we are just making everything up.
Poor hygiene, marks everywhere in the supposedly the best room in the hotel Royal suite!…
