Everything was confortable and easy
The hotel looks like new. The room is small but comfortable.
The restaurant is very good and the prices are very reasonable. If there is no buffet, the order could take some time until served. For breakfast the choice is more than enough.
There is no fridge in the room.
The only real problem I have is that after reservation I received every day a message in booking messages that I have to pay the hotel with a payment link to an external service. Of course I didn't pay and my reservation was not canceled but still not very comfortable as no one from the hotel answered to my questions about these strange messages.
As a woman traveling on my own for work Onomo was a real sanctuary. The staff were lovely, the food was great. Loved it

There wasn’t a mini fridge in the rooms.
The gym, small and with little equipment. I think they the hotel should invest a little more on a gym
Staff was very animated, friendly and responsive as always. The area on the reception floor that goes outside to the wooden deck is my favorite part of the experience. The rooms are clean and everything works well.
The food is mixed. Many of the dishes miss the intended mark. The location on top of the hill was great for running, but difficult to get to in traffic-my colleague and I had to walk up a few times.

The rooms are very basic and not value for money... the gym has broken down which is a shame as it was a huge motivator of the booking
