Great and up to date place, enjoyed everything except six floor pool and lights for the kids to stay
Pros:

I was trying to get breakfast 20 per day but was denied saying I have to pay upstairs, did not kike that.

Cons:

Pool to be open longer. I travel with the family and the kids and they enjoyed the pool but we came back after the game around 8,30 and kids were not able to use the pool anymore. Disappointed 😞

A great and wonderful experience at this location
Pros:

It was an amazing experience, Mr. Miguel was so helpful and kind. He was very sympathetic for me and my family and helped us with checking in and parking. All of the staff was helpful and informative.

Wonderful Stay…Highly Recommend!
Pros:

Wonderful experience! We came for the FIFA World Cup game 2026, and we had a great time! Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, clean, safe, and great location. Ivan was an amazing help...he made our stay comfortable. Miguel was also very helpful. We stayed in the 6th floor…restaurant had friendly staff and delicious food. I highly recommend staying here at the SERENA Hotel Aventura.

The best!
Pros:

Want to say not only was Miguel the best but then the manager Mateo were amazing. Went to the bar on the 6th floor and Valerie and Karina kept us laughing all night. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

Pros:

Anouf and Mateo front deskt AMAZING! They both went above and beyond! Extra thanks to Anouf for helping me 2 days prior and the day of! Bar! They are the absolute best, funny, kind and just the best! Valerie and Karina were fast, fun and just plain enjoyable! Thank you!!! Traveling with our band American Made SWFL for the 4th and had an amazing time!!!
