The property was a nicely designed property. Loved the small, quaint building.The rooms were nice sized, beds were so comfortable! Staff was nice and friendly.
The parking was kinda expensive.
The room was clean and comfortable. The valet and front desk people were all so sweet as well! They made it very simple to check in and valet the car, which is definitely what we needed at 11 at night after a long day! Additionally, the location was beautiful! It was close to everything we wanted to do the next day and we loved it.
It was difficult to get in touch with the hotel prior to checking in. I called two times and stayed on the line about 6 minuets both times before the phone auto hung up, because I wanted to update my arrival time since we were running about 10 minuets behind and that pushed us out of our original arrival window. The third call someone finally answered and was so sweet, but having to call 3 times for someone to pick up was stressful.
The hotel is in a nice location and in walking distance to many restaurants and many attractions.
Property was in the perfect location for walking and exploring. Clean and elegant property. Staff were excellent. The hotel manager and Elsie were absolutely phenomenal. The dinner and bar is gorgeous and worth trying even without a hotel stay!
Only possible downfall was the hotel breakfast

Location
Staff was not present, and unhelpful. Waited for several minutes to check in. No staff was anywhere to be found. After we sat in the lobby for a while, the clerk came out of the office next to the front desk to help us. The bed was covered in other people's hair. The bartender was Trans, and extremely rude to the party I was with, but welcomed a Trans party with kindness and great service.
