Beautiful design. In a walkable area. Feels secure and intentional about privacy.
Pros:

The design of the entire place is well thought out and well executed. I love the little touches like the guide book (which is gorgeous). The room's lighting is soft and warm which is so enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable; it didn't make me wish I was in my own bed at home which is high praise! We happened to discover the Speakeasy which is super cool and well made! We'll definitely visit again.

Cons:

My one grievance is there's no fan situation for the bathroom or bedroom that we found. Now that I think about it, we may have been able to turn a fan on in the room using the thermostat which could have helped. So, it's possibly user error.

Welcome cookies and waters were a nice touch! Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Location is terrific for a couple or family to enjoy Southside and easy access to all of the benefits of downtown Chattanooga.

Spotless! Bed was amazing

Cons:

Parking! Traveling solo having to park in a dark deck and carry bags across the street plus pay to park in the deck. Or $25 for valet and can always park down the street and walk with your bags. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Love, love, love!! Elsie, Lily, and Ellis were soooooo amazing!! My husband and I had a great time! Elsie was extremely helpful and sweet, both were so amazing we booked another stay for next week!

Location is excellent. Room layout is poor and traffic noise is loud.

Liked the location, the ambiance, and the speak easy

Cons:

Room was small. The bathroom layout was not good with the placement of the sink in the main living area. The traffic noise for our room was very loud as it was directly over the main road (Market Street). Would have been nice to know that the traffic noise would be loud until 1-2am in the morning.

Pros:

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at the Kinley Chattanooga Southside Hotel in Chattanooga, TN! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely amazing. The room was beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable. You can truly tell they take pride in keeping the hotel clean and welcoming.

The hospitality was outstanding. The valet team did an incredible job, and the front desk greeted everyone with the warmest smiles. When I needed assistance, someone from the front desk came up right away to help talk about excellent customer service!

The location was perfect for us within walking distance to great restaurants and everything we wanted to explore. It made our trip even more enjoyable.

We will definitely be back! Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Chattanooga.
