Welcome cookies and waters were a nice touch! Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Location is terrific for a couple or family to enjoy Southside and easy access to all of the benefits of downtown Chattanooga.
Spotless! Bed was amazing
Parking! Traveling solo having to park in a dark deck and carry bags across the street plus pay to park in the deck. Or $25 for valet and can always park down the street and walk with your bags. 🤦🏻♀️
The look, location
Liked the location, the ambiance, and the speak easy
Room was small. The bathroom layout was not good with the placement of the sink in the main living area. The traffic noise for our room was very loud as it was directly over the main road (Market Street). Would have been nice to know that the traffic noise would be loud until 1-2am in the morning.

The property was a nicely designed property. Loved the small, quaint building.The rooms were nice sized, beds were so comfortable! Staff was nice and friendly.
The parking was kinda expensive.
The room was clean and comfortable. The valet and front desk people were all so sweet as well! They made it very simple to check in and valet the car, which is definitely what we needed at 11 at night after a long day! Additionally, the location was beautiful! It was close to everything we wanted to do the next day and we loved it.
It was difficult to get in touch with the hotel prior to checking in. I called two times and stayed on the line about 6 minuets both times before the phone auto hung up, because I wanted to update my arrival time since we were running about 10 minuets behind and that pushed us out of our original arrival window. The third call someone finally answered and was so sweet, but having to call 3 times for someone to pick up was stressful.
The hotel is in a nice location and in walking distance to many restaurants and many attractions.
