It's an instagram hotel! 😂
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach and perfect for cycling around the area. It was very convenient to be able to hire bikes directly from the hotel, which made exploring the surroundings easy and enjoyable.

Cons:

We arrived at the hotel expecting the 2-queen bed room we had booked through Booking.com, as shown in the photos. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and we had to book a second room onsite. We were assigned a “sea view” room, but it actually overlooked a car park and streets with the sea barely visible in the distance.
On our first day, we were abruptly asked to leave the pool area within five minutes due to a private event. A notice at reception or near the pool entrance would have been much more helpful than being rushed out.
Additionally, the reception desk team did not provide the warm welcome one might expect from a Marriott group hotel. Overall, our experience did not meet expectations for this brand.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Staff was incredibly nice. The rooms were small but nice and clean. The heated pool was perfect.

la situation geographique

Le vendredi, samedi et dimanche il n'est pas possible de se poser sur un transat / lit à la piscine. Ils sont tous reservés pour des clients extérieurs, qui ne résident meme pas à l'hotel, mais qui payent dès 300 dollars de consommation. Ou alors vous devez débourser également 300 dollars même si vous payez déjà votre chambre... Vous ne voulez pas payer pour un transat alors que vous êtes résidents de l'hotel pour plusieurs nuitées ? Vous serez relayés tout au bout de l'espace, vers le bar, sur des chaises type salle a manger.
Nous avons fait 3 hotels a miami beach , celui la est évidemment le meilleur en terme de marketing, mais le service proposé est pauvre! Nos 2 autres hotels étaient bien plus spacieux et à la hauteur de leur prix!

Pros:

pas grand chose... rien ne correspondait au descriptif

Cons:

l'emplacement n'est pas du tout sur le front de mer
il n'y a pas de plage privéé
la suite que nous avions était d'un mauvais niveau comparé à ce que nous avons l'habitude
le service est très moyen et le personnel pas du tout réactif

Rooms are way too small. My bathroom shower had plumbing issues causing the bathroom and bedroom to flood. The management on duty was rude. Hotel is way overpriced for the value.

Ya no es lo que era en un principio.
Pros:

El hotel era mucho mejor en sus comienzos, aunque está bien ubicado y el precio es accesible.

Cons:

Está muy desmejorado, ya no tienen servicio de playa como antes, las habitaciones no tienen mantenimiento se notan desgastes y amenities que faltan.
Lo más indignante es que hacen fiestas privadas casi todos los días en la piscina y sacan a los huéspedes de las reposeras, osea tampoco hay un servicio de piscina asegurado. El poco rato que pudimos estar en la piscina en la mañana tampoco fue muy ameno ya que colocan música electrónica extremadamente en alto volumen.

Reception Staff could not speak clear English and had attitude, room the size of a store cupboard, restaurant closed and valet parking guys difficult to find when needed. Room smelt of milk gone off. The room was a very long way from elevator you need to be fit. Very bad value for money.

OK place to stay
Pros:

It’s an OK hotel. It was rainy so couldn’t visit the Pool. Location is 5 minutes from beach. The lobby is very nice decorated but later on it becomes more standard. Nice welcome-drink.

Cons:

Room is small but OK. With 2 large suitcases will be difficult.
