Ocean Drive’a 2 sokak var. Konumu bu açıdan turistik anlamda güzel. Çok güzel dizayn edilmiş tasarım bir otel. Gayet temizdi. Havuz’u adeta miami esintisini yaşatıyordu. Çalışanların tutumu gayet iyidi.

Cons:

Çöp kovası yoktu. Mini buzdolabı çok ses yapıyordu. Odası küçüktü.
Belki bunları dile getirsek yardımcı olurlardı. Bizde söylemedik açıkçası.

false smoking charges and unresolved refunds made this a very disappointing experience.
Pros:

I was incorrectly charged a $500 smoking fee plus $35 tax despite being a non-smoker. The hotel later confirmed the charge would be refunded, and the folio shows a $535 refund processed on June 9. However, I still have not received the funds. I was also promised an additional $135 refund, which does not appear on the folio and has not been returned. It has been more than 7 business days, my bank cannot locate the refund, and my attempts to resolve the issue with management have been unsuccessful.

Cons:

unresolved charges and missing refunds completely overshadowed the experience.

Pros:

有名アーティストが監修したホテルの内装や週末のプールパーティではDJが来て盛り上がります！宿泊者は出入り自由で無料で楽しめます。また、ビーチにも徒歩5分でアクセス可能！海やプールを楽しみたい方におすすめです。バス停も近く、南端のサウスポイントパークまでバスで行くことができます。夕陽が絶景です！

Cons:

部屋のデザインがピンクとグリーン基調にしてとてもかわいいです！しかし、値段の割にとても狭いです...他のホテルだと、もっと広く安く泊まれます。プールパーティがなければこのホテルは選んでないかと思います。

Hotel mit sehr guter Infrastruktur aber unmotiviertem Personal
Pros:

+ Pool war super schön und perfekt zum Liegen und auch ins Wasser zu gehen! Es gibt Betten, Schirme, Handtücher und eine Pool Bar mit Essen und Getränken
+ kostenlos Wasser beim Pool
+ Fitness Studio ist sehr sehr gut !
+ es gibt kostenlose Fahrräder die man leihen kann!
+ vom South Beach ocean Drive ca 300 Meter entfernt aber wichtig - kein Strand Zugang inkludiert also keine Liegen am Strand !

Cons:

- Musik etwas zu laut am Pool! Man wird wirklich wie in einem Klub beschallt
- Personal (bis auf ein paar wenige Personen) wirklich nicht gut - weder hilfsbereit noch freundlich ! Alleine schon Kleinigkeiten (wie kann ich bitte einen Löffel haben oder Feuerzeug wurden abgelehnt und man wurde auf Shops verwiesen) und einige Mitarbeitenden begegnen den Gästen auch mit einer unmöglichen Arroganz! Gastfreundlich würde ich es nicht bezeichnen!
- Management ist aber sehr zuvor kommend!
- Lage ist zwar sehr gut (aber dennoch etwas weiter weg von dem wirklich schönen Abschnitt vom South Beach wie zB dem Hotel Loews) aber zu Fuß machbar oder mit dem Rad sehr schnell dann dort !

Cons:

Limited access ( we didn’t have access to the beds at the pool or cabanas) they asked for an extra charge and reservation even though it was all day empty.
The booking says, we have access to a beach lounge, after asking there is no beach lounge.

Piscine pas dispo car des pools parties payantes sont organisées pour tout le monde tous les jours ou nous y étions et la piscine n’est pas accessible. Énormément de monde et beaucoup d’alcool

Don’t honor booking

Walking distance to board.

Cons:

Did not honor our stay even I had it reserved with booking
We didn’t had a room and they send us to another hotel stating they will pay no fee and later they charge my credit 110 dollar more.
