No Miami Vice!
Pros:

Decor fabulous
Staff welcoming and friendly

Cons:

Bed was soaking wet- security brought us new linens he was a lovely kid but didn’t know how to make a bed!
No glasses or cups in room Had to request- they came with 2 bottles of water still no cups!
Pool area /bar had 1 person
No party no vibe but still had to pay the resort fee!
Ocean view- exaggeration. If you looked through the garage and over the roof tops in the distance was the sea

Staying here as nice but pretty pricey for the condition of things.
Pros:

The pool parties looked fun and the design of the hotel as really nice along with the lounge upstairs and the suitcase holding until you depart was helpful. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The bench in the room looked dirty and worn down, the shower head seem kind of worn oldish more then the rustic gold was suppose to be, the door was a sliding door for the bathroom. The extra resort fees you're not really aware of until after. The bikes are kind of hidden and wasn't aware you could get folding chairs. I didn't see them until the day I was leaving. I have been in small Japanese hotel rooms but this was pricy for the size and condition. There was a solo cup left in the fridge. Not sure if that was meant to be there or from the person before. There were times it was really crowded in the lobby due to people buying passes for the pool party. I didn't have a Do not Disturb sign for my room. I called to have them send one one up nobody came. I asked the maid the next day. Really want this hotel to be around just needs some improvements for the cost.

Room is small and entrance in and out of building is a bit difficult with suitcases. Wish there was a tea/coffee maker in room since there is nothing near by open at 5:30 am.

The location!

Cons:

Since the first night we complained about our shower. They said they will send someone to fixed and we went to dinner. When we be back the room was clean so we thought they went to fix it. Next morning we complained again and then they sent a plumber (we saw). We came back afternoon and No! They didn’t fix it! So we went downstairs to complain again and asked to change the room. And finally they changed! Ordered a frozen margarita and a Beer in the pool and was the most horrible drink ever (the margarita) and expensive bill too ($27). Asked to change the drink but they didn’t change the price! (So 2 beers for $27!).
All hotel smells marijuana !

Bel établissement, confortable.
Pros:

Bel hôtel avec une superbe décoration présente aussi bien dans les espaces communs que dans les chambres. Notre chambre était un peu petite à notre goût, mais propre et bien équipée. Belle piscine chauffée avec animations les week-ends. Établissement bien situé à proximité des rues commerçantes et de plage iconique de Miami Beach. Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite. Difficulté d’avoir des serviettes de bain à la piscine avant 10h30 am. Prix élevé des cocktails.
