Pros:

El servicio de housekeeping y el diseño art deco del hotel. Cercanía a la playa.

Cons:

Las veces que fui al lobby no había nadie para atender al cliente y las fiestas de fines de semana no son tan chéveres porque los clientes están lejos de los reservados.

Pros:

Me encantó el hotel, la piscina, lo único que cuando había fiesta no te dejaban siendo huésped del hotel las hamacas, y eso no nos gustó

Cons:

Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas las standard pero están muy limpias y acogedoras, y nos tocó una que se oía mucho ruido de un aire acondicionado que debía estar roto, por lo demás muy bien, y sobre todo muy bien situado el hotel para llegar a todos lados, y paradas de autobuses muy cerca

Das Goodtime Hotel hat eine gute Lage mit Strandnähe und gute Restaurants in dem Viertel.
Einrichtung ist Retro-Look der 50er/60er Jahre.
Sehr viele Farben und Muster.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber für Single-Reise oder zu zweit Ok.
Leider kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen um mal frische Luft herein zu lassen.
Wenn die einzige Flasche Wasser verbraucht ist, wird diese leider nicht automatisch aufgefüllt.
Im Kühlschrank befanden sich nur Red Bull und kalter Doseb-Café.

I arrived at 4:00 PM, the hotel’s stated check-in time, to find a packed lobby full of angry guests, some of whom had reportedly been waiting since 7:00 AM. Chaos doesn’t even begin to describe it.

We were told the hotel’s system was down, no one could check in, and—most concerning—that existing reservations were not guaranteed to result in an actual room. Refunds were being offered on the spot, which says a lot about how little confidence the staff had in their own operation.

Instead of any real solution, guests were instructed to write their names and phone numbers on Post-it notes, with the promise that we would be called or texted once things were “sorted.” I did exactly that and was sent on my way.

So there I was—fresh off a 12-hour flight, stuck in the Miami heat, nowhere to shower, change, or even store my bags—killing three hours waiting for a message that never came. During that time, I tried to find another hotel, only to learn that everything nearby was either fully booked or wildly overpriced.

Giving the hotel the benefit of the doubt, I eventually went back to the front desk for an update. Magically, they handed me a room key as if nothing had happened. No call. No text. No explanation. I had wasted hours sitting around waiting for communication that was promised and never delivered.

The most frustrating part? No apology. No acknowledgment. No compensation. The staff showed zero concern for the inconvenience they caused. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I expected at least minimal recognition or professionalism—but that meant absolutely nothing here.

This hotel completely failed at the most basic function of hospitality: providing a room at the promised time and communicating with guests. Poor organization, poor service, and an overall attitude of indifference. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Cons:

I came there to relax couple days and to enjoy my staying, but I had such a horrible experience. I couldn’t fall asleep till 4 o’clock because it was such a big noise outside and reception didn’t inform me that there is construction and I even paid $150 more to have a better view, but I was suffering and I had to leave second day because I booked two nights but second day I didn’t want to stay and I had to book other hotel because I wanted to be sure that I can sleep and I don’t have to suffer second tonight before my long flight to Europe ! also messaged booking.com that I am so upset and I am so unhappy that I have spent this amount of money and paid extra money for view to the ocean and I couldn’t enjoy it at all, but of course nobody didn’t answer to me and when I complained to the reception, they just said sorry well I had horrible experience and I am upset that I have spent $900 for two nights !

Idealne miejsce na kilkudniowy pobyt w South Beach.
Pros:

Świetny hotel z mega klimatem. Design robi ogromne wrażenie. Pokoje małe, ale funkcjonalne.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa - bez problemu mogliśmy zostawić bagaże przed zameldowaniem i po wymeldowaniu w przechowalni. Duży plus za możliwość korzystania z basenu, restauracji i toalet także po check-oucie.

Lokalizacja idealna - jedna przecznica od Ocean Drive, blisko plaży i restauracji South Beach. Wszystko działało sprawnie. Zdecydowanie miejsce z charakterem, do którego chce się wrócić.

Friendly, funky, fun hotel
Pros:

We loved our stay, we read the reviews about the rooms being small so we weren't expecting a big room or a view so we didn't get dissapointed about the small room. The hotel if friendly, funky and and fun. great for a short stay, i probably wouldn't stay for longer than a couple of nights because of the size of the room.

Cons:

The hotel tax is quite high so what seemed like a good price hotel ended up quite expensive
