Tiene buena vista
Se escucha mucho ruido del exterior en la habitación 1 fue la que me quedo y los colchones son un poco duros para mí gusto, de hay en más todo muy bien, habitación y baño muy limpios
Buen servicio y la atención inmejorable. Pero no hay transporte público y el Uber o taxi es caro. No puedes llegar a ningún lado caminando por lo lejano al centro. No hay lugares para comer y está lejos de todo lo turístico. Me tocó un día sin agua caliente.

Habitación sucia y muy mal ubicada, la ventana da a una cochera que utilizan como bodega. Se le solicitó al propietario, si nos podía cambiar a otra habitación que aparecía con el mismo costo en la app, pero la respuesta fue que solo si pagábamos $250 más. Muy mal hotel, no lo recomiendo. No entiendo por qué su evaluación en Expedía, es buena?

It is about a 15 minute walk down into town. You walk through the back streets of Queretaro and see how the locals live. The hotel has all the basics. Hot water, clean, service. The staff was hospitable. The only thing I can comment on was that the beds are really hard to sleep on. Otherwise for the price this was a nice hotel if one is okay to be outside town.

La estancia en general es agradable, el personal muy amable y atentos para ayudarte con lo que necesites, la razón que le doy cuatro estrellas es sólo porque siento que necesitan tener una pequeña cafetera, plancha, y refrigerador aunque sea pequeñito dentro de la habitación. Por todo lo demás estoy agradecida por las atenciones.
Si bien el lugar se encuentra cerca del centro, no parece sencillo trasladarse caminando. Aún así, es un lugar que vale la pena por la cercanía y porque la relación calidad-precio es justa. El mayor contra es el ruido de los automóviles si tu habitación es del lado de la calle pero la vista desde ahí es linda. El mayor pro es la atención del recepcionista, hablando de Saúl específicamente. Siempre estuvo atento a las inquietudes y solicitudes de nosotros sus huéspedes. Muy buena experiencia en general. ¡Gracias!
