The bathroom was inside the room with no walls or any division, we were traveling as a group of friends and had to walk outside the room for each one to take a shower. Weird design. And also the hotel says it has parking, but the don’t mention is limited and we had to park in the street.

The air did not work. They sent someone to make it right and it never got fixed. They stated that they were going to credit back half my stay and I have yet to receive it!

Cons:

No funcionan los aires. Te mienten que los van a arreglar y no lo hacen. Las ventanas encima no abren bien. La ducha/jacuzzi esta en medio de la habitacion y con un vidrio que traspasa todo. Asi q si no vas en pareja y vas con hermano, amigo, padres, etc, se te va a complicar bañarte sin que te vean todo.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca a la playa. El personal muy amable, atento a ayudar y a dar buenos consejos del área

En la reserva no indican que el parqueadero es con cobro adicional. Aunque hay opciones de parqueo independiente y con el hotel

Cons:

Una habitación para tres personas con una ducha con cortina de plástico es inaceptable para los días de hoy en hotel ubicado donde está. La recepción del hotel se quedó con mi pedido de pizza (robo) que identifique en frangantii y reclame y la persona hizo caso omiso. Como puede ser que en hotel los funcionarios saqueen un pedido de comida ? No vuelvo nunca más.

El peor hotel de miami

La peor experiencia de mi vida! El hotel estaba muy sucio hasta encontramos un pañal bajo la cama!

Cons:

La habitación sucia, el primer dia que llegamos nos cambiaron de habitación por que no había AC funcionando. Durante toda la estadía la limpieza del hotel fue muy mala nos quejamos varias veces y para sorpresa el último dia revisando bajo la cama para ver si no dejabanos nada había un pañal sucio bajo la cama cuando fuimos a avisar al frontdesck nos maltrataron y llamaron a la policía diciendo que nosotros lo habíamos puesto ahí el señor que atendía estaba totalmente desquiciado y nos gritaba. Cuando llegó la policía tuvo que ubicarlo. El desayuno era pobre no había nada. La peor experiencia de mi vida ese hotel debería estar cerrado ! Sigo esperando que me reintegren el dinero que dijeron reintegrarme por la mala experiencia.
