Very comfortable stay. Nice shower, comfy bed, and since we specifically asked for interior room had no noise even though you can walk right out of hotel and are right in the center. About a 7 minute walk to the ado station. The park nearby has tons of food stands to grab an elote and tons of other goodies.

Check in man was uninterested. Let me stand there because he was apparently doing something on his desk. Not horrible but not welcoming. Room and bed were small but comfortable and the shower was the best.

Really good hotel for the price. Nothing fancy like the hotelzone hotels but if you want authentic local vibes downtown is the place to stay and everything is cheaper as well.
AC worked good free gated parking was a great perk as well.

NICE LOCATION GOT TO SEE DOWNTOWN CANCUN AMD WAS EASY TO WALK TO BUS STATION FOR AIRPORT TRANSPORT, SMALL ROOM BUT VERY CLEAN A SAFE WOULD BE NICE, VERY SPACIOUS SHOWER.

Luma was such an amazing hotel for our first time in Mexico. The staff at the front desk were amazing, helped us get taxis that weren't trying to over charge us and were overall so polite.

Noisy neighborhood bar that starts to play music at 10 p.m. and it doesn't stop until 04:00
Extremely difficult to sleep with the "thump, thump, thump" going all night. The hotel and room were good. I will not stay at this hotel in the future.
