Skip the deluxe not worth it.
Pros:

Location , it was clean and bed was comfortable. Really liked the pillows.

Cons:

I got the king deluxe and it definitely was not as nice as it showed in the pictures. If it was a deluxe it wasn’t worth the extra money. Also, for whatever reason they only have bathtubs in the double queen rooms and I wanted a king and a bathtub.

Comfortable and safe hotel in the heart of Tucson
Pros:

Staff were simply fantastic and so understanding. They emphasised with the issues I encountered in my previously booked hotel and they allowed me to securely store my carry-on a day before my check in. The room was spacious and with lots of natural light in the morning which I appreciated, well-equipped and with complimentary bottled water provided in the fridge. Breakfast included a variety/selection of buffet or an a-la-cart menu. Food was fresh and delicious! The hotel location is also great, just 5 minutes away from the nearest tram station, that you can use for free in Tucson, or you can simply walk in Downtown and the Historic Fourth Avenue areas.
Overall, it was a lovely stay at Double Tree by Hilton in Downtown Tucson!

Cons:

Nothing, everything was great during my stay.

Pros:

Charged for parking but never told us about the charge said there was a sign outside. Was not worth what I paid to stay here. Will not be back.

Overall, the hotel was great.
Pros:

Rooms were nice, updated and clean. Staff was friendly. Staff was helpful

Cons:

The parking is terrible. There were not enough parking spots available. The parking spaces do not accommodate trucks. You have trees and vegetation planted so as not to allow trucks to back all the way up leaving barely enough room for vehicles to pass between both side of parking. More parking accommodations need to be allocated. The parking is so bad it might cause us to not stay there again.
