This was much more than accommodation, it felt like being welcomed into a home. From the moment I booked until the day I left, Candy was attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. Her kindness showed in every little detail - the daily care of the room, the sweet treats, fresh fruit, wine, and her thoughtful messages checking that everything was okay. Candy made me feel safe, comfortable, and truly looked after. Thank you Candy, for making my stay in Rethymno so memorable. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality and kindness. You made traveling alone feel easy, comfortable, and special. I hope to return one day

Pros:

Conveniently in Old Town Rethymno… if that is where you want to explore. Cafes, shops, bakeries all close at hand. The apartment had small kitchen & frig so we did cook some breakfasts. Very clean apartment & attentive host. Great water pressure in the shower! Small washer & balcony to hang a few items.

Cons:

The room we booked was very small … hubby had to set up computer to work as best he could but was a very small space. I would def book larger apartment than junior suite next time with a bit more room, actual dinning table & larger balcony.

Tolle Unterkunft für eine kurze Städtereise nach Rethymno
Pros:

Tolle Lage und schönes Apartment. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen vollen Obstkorb mit einer kleinen Mezeplatte und Kuchen. Amenities waren sehr aufmerksam und haben die Ankunft sehr versüßt. Das Bett war gemütlich.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden. Es war zum Teil staubig und es gab Flecken auf der Bettwäsche die sehr auffällig waren und nicht einladend wirkten. Daher einen Punkt Abzug.

Gorgeous apartment in a great location!
Pros:

Which a gorgeous apartment in the heart of the Old Town. There are quite a few stairs to get to the top but it’s worth it with the large balcony and view that the apartment has.

It was really well equipped and had everything you could need for a short stay, and the host and cleaner were so helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Pros:

The location was great. I really enjoyed being amongst the streets in old town and exploring. The beach is a walkable distance away.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the host/property manager kept in touch via WhatsApp to check how things were going and if we needed anything else.

Great for a short stay!
Pros:

The location is great and very convenient. The building is new and the room was very spacious. We also were very thanks for the complimentary wine, snacks/aperitivo and fruit, though we did not have a chance to enjoy the wine, but we definitely did with the rest. Plenty of (capsules) coffee to make in the room along with tea. The communication was clear on how to get into the room and where to park a car, etc. though we have never met actually anyone during our stay.

Cons:

Just some minor observations for other guests' information, though they were not huge issues for us:
- the breakfast was limited only to what you could see in the menu and it was not something we are used to have which is very subjective as we are more inclined for the continental breakfast type so we opted not to have it and enjoy what was provided in the room which was fine for two days
- there was no hot water in the morning which could be an issue for some. It could be a temporary issue as we stayed only for short time.
- the stairs (a lot) and very narrow, could be an issue for some especially with a big luggage
