Pros:

I was very upset as I was diagnosed with Breast cancer the day before my trip and I tried canceling my stay and the hotel would not let me cancel it. This was life altering and the fact that the hotel would not let me cancel is very disheartening. Would never suggest this hotel for this reason.

Several places to eat close by.

Worst mattress I have ever slept on, pillows not very comfortable, cable with no guide or info on the tv, and terrible bath towels, very thin ruff and not comfortable.

The view from our one bedroom suite was spectacular. We enjoyed sitting on the deck outside the bedroom drinking coffee in the morning. We will definitely be returning!

Overall the hotel was clean, and the staff responsive.. It was located right on the beach however with the recent king tide the ability to use the beach was limited and contingent on the tides. Enjoyed the pool but felt the additional resort fee and parking fee for the off season was excessive. Disappointed in the area, but it appears they are building it up.

I was surprised at this hotel. It looked good online but it wound up better than expected. The beach was great, the location was great, the bar was fun it was just a great time at this hotel. I will be happy to take my family there again.

View of the beach was nice, but the beach area itself has tons of grafitti. Pool area furniture has seen better days. The Staff was great! The mattress was so bad my back hurts. Rooms are very spacious though. Didn't seem like the best part of town.

Pros:

Room was very clean, but the toilet bowl kept running due to not filling properly. They did come to check it right away, but they didn’t understand what we were trying to tell them about it. Staff was very friendly and professional. Beach view was excellent and we were very close to malls.
