You may experience noise from renovations on the ground floor. We have provided ear plugs and white noise machines in each space. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.

I live in Stone Village Apartments, a peaceful and welcoming community with charming surroundings, offering comfort, convenience, and a relaxing atmosphere.
There are so many things to like about the place
-great location for bus 7 into town
-easy walk to some attractions
-lovely safe neighbourhood
-super clean apartment
-comfy bed
BUT!!!!
We had room 405 for 6 nights and booked because of the balcony and photos. Our north facing balcony was TERRIBLE-overlooking a mess of a pizza restaurant roof/aircon system that hummed 24/7. Sitting on the balcony was not an option. No staff or reception meant there was no way to change the room. This really spoilt our opinion of Sonder 21 and we won’t come back as a result.

Apartment was beautiful and so clean and modern!
The only complaint we have at all was that the beds weren’t very comfortable, that mattress was to hard, but other wise wonderful.

Located at a very busy intersection and the building was not identified very well. Missed it the first time I drove by.
Management is slow to respond to communication. Wanted to check in early but room wasn’t ready, parked one vehicle and drive into Nashville for dinner, a hockey game and music venue entertainment. While I was enjoying time with my daughter, they sent me an email that they have changed the security code for the room but the room number was changed. I never saw this until the next day. After our night in Nashville, we went to the room and someone else was in it. He showed me his confirmation. He had booked it at 9 pm that night. I had booked the room over a month ago. We then drove to a nearby hotel and spent the night. No one ever called me to tell me about this move. I did notice a text message the next morning. I notified Sonder the next morning and sent them a receipt from the hotel we went to and they agreed to refund the hotel in 7-10 days. As of 4 weeks later I still have not received a refund for either hotel or parking,

The staff came 20 min early to clean our room and we had to rush to get out.
Accommodation was fantastic , location was great close to a vibrant area, and a short bus ride to Nashville Broadway, parking was safe and secure. Pool was great, we used often
