Pros:

Gutes sehr modernes Hotel, funktionell und trotzdem schönes Interieur (Frühstücksbereich). Personal weit überdurchschnittlich freundlich und aufmerksam, schneller Check-in, Buffett immer aufgefüllt, Zimmer sauber. Das Zimmer mit der Glaswand zum Bad hin hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Die Straße hört man, ich konnte trotzdem gut bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen.

Pros:

Dostatecznie duży pokój, fajna lokalizacja przy dworcu, niestety okna nie tłumiły hałasu generowanego przez pociągi dostatecznie dobrze

Pros:

The room was big and very clean.
The lounge downstairs was also nice and highlight for my kids was table football of course.

Cons:

We were disappointed with breakfast, no choice of pastries at all. Just some boring and very simple, even Spartan things I felt like we are at some hostel. And the worst was no space at all, we were all squeezed in small space (although there was more space but they closed it for guests) it was very difficult to walk between squeezed tables with the food.

The hotel is comfortable and the breakfast is good. There s plenty of space in the parking.

Cons:

Reception stuff just could not care less about guests. They seemed totally unwilling to do anything and did make mistakes (forgot to return my ID card, did not include breakfast which we paid for, saw us but did not want to contact us when we were waiting for check out).
Also having a bit more privacy in the bathroom would be great as it’s easy to see the bathroom from the bed due to glass wall).

Pros:

Albergo belli, pulito e silenzioso anche se vicino alla ferrovia. Infatti i treni non gli abbiamo proprio sentiti. Hanno colonnine per ricarica auto elettrica proprio davanti.

Cons:

Personale poco preparato con gli pagamenti. Mi hanno fatto pagare 2 volte e hanno dovuto rimborsarmi l'eccedente.

Obiekt blisko dworca kolejowego, ok 15 min spacerem od historycznego centrum. Bardzo wygodny dla osób podróżujących pociągiem. Nasz pokój był przestronny i wygodny

Pros:

La ubicación del alojamiento permite acceder fácilmente con transporte público al casco histórico de Graz. La habitación moderna y confortable. El parking es de pago, pero como nuestra estadía fue durante un fin de semana, pudimos estacionar gratis en la calle del hotel.

Cons:

Ante la necesidad de contar con almohadas extra por razones de salud, tuvimos que recurrir reiteradamente a distintos empleados de la recepción hasta por fin obtener una respuesta favorable a la mañana siguiente a nuestro arribo. El jugo del desayuno era de mala calidad.
