Cozy classic in prime location
Pros:

Perfect location for people who love to walk and explore. So many gems nearby. Staff was very kind and helpful at providing recommendations. There’s also an onsite cafe.

残念なホテル
Pros:

フリードリンクのコーヒーは美味しい。

Cons:

室内設備のメンテナンスがされていない。あらゆる場所のネジが緩んでいて危ない。
ゴギブリが洗面台周りを中心に多数いて不潔。帰宅してからあらゆる荷物に殺虫剤を使用して消毒した。
スタッフが不機嫌そうでこちらの楽しい気分が無くなる。挨拶しても大抵は無視される。スタッフからの挨拶ほぼ無い。日本人youtuberにオールインクルーシブと持ち上げられているが、コーヒー以外はスナック程度の価値しか無く、期待していると裏切られるので注意。
とにかく部屋が狭いので荷物の整理が大変なので一人利用以外は避けた方がいい。

Fantastic accommodation. Would highly recommend to anybody wanting a clean, great value hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location. Fantastic breakfast and coffee options every morning. Immaculately clean. Super comfortable beds and a great shower.
Close by to all amenities.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

There was free batista coffee and a really nice sitting area in the lobby. The location was so good, there was everything nearby: cafes, a gym, restaurants, massage places, a place to do your laundry. We would definitely stay here again if we visited chiang mai again. We only needed a cab to get to and from the airport. We could walk almost everywhere we wanted. The room is small but it's cozy.

Pros:

It was so inviting and cozy. I absolutely adored the decorations, especially in the café...and the complimentary treats in the café were such a big bonus! Location was great! I would stay again.

Cons:

Honestly, there were no issues. Of note though, there is a lot of road noise. I was happy to have my sound machine.

Pros:

The bed was extremely comfy.
Although the hotel didn’t offer a breakfast they did provide drinks and snacks (croissants, toast, banana breads, biscuits and fruit) throughout the day which was great.
The hotel was in a good location for going out on day trips or exploring on foot.

Cons:

We were in a room that faced the main road which was extremely busy at night and was quite noisy.

The hotel's location is good, but if you value quiet, clean rooms, and no cockroaches, then this hotel is definitely

The room was not cleaned properly, bed linen had cigarette burns. But the worst thing is that there are cockroaches crawling everywhere. The staff are aware of this, but what can they do to help? They offered to let us stay another night in the same room and change rooms the next day. But because of this, I had to cut my trip short by three days and fly out on the first flight, as it was New Year's Eve and all the hotels were fully booked. The hotel charged me the full amount, and the staff said they couldn't refund me for the remaining days.

部屋の家具類が良かった。机、ソファ。
コンセント口の数の多さや枕元にあるのが便利。
シャワーは、水少な目ですが、温度は安定してました。
室内灯も暗くなり過ぎない明る過ぎず、絶妙です。
軽食の24時間提供。カプチーノの最高です。滞在中には、是非一度味わってください。おすすめです。
ホテル北側の目の前には、真っ直ぐ川沿いに歩道が東西に伸びており、朝夕の散歩やランニングにおすすめです。
ホテル西側直近には、お粥専門店があります。24時間営業しており、食事に困りません。お粥専門店から歩いて直ぐに、セブンイレブンがあります。コインランドリーがセブンイレブンの隣りにあります。
コインランドリーは、ホテルの近くに沢山あります。私のおすすめは、ホテルから南側に、5分くらい歩くとある、ランドリーショップです。持ち込みでも直ぐにやってくださいます。お店の方も親切でした。このホテルは、本当に快適で居心地が非常に良く、絶対おすすめです。近くには、飲食店が多数ありますし、生活に必要な物が、全て徒歩圏で揃うのが最高です。ホテルのセキュリティ対策も万全です。

Noisy and small cramped rooms
Pros:

The property feels modern but the room sizes are too small for the price you pay. The location is right on the boundary of old town. Our room overlooked the moat and it was super super noisy with passing traffic. I was surprised this point was not mentioned in other reviews. We think there are far better places in all categories in Chiang Mai. We don’t recommend staying here.
