Die hauptsächlich Leistung Übernachtung mit gutem Schlaf hat leider nicht so funktioniert.
Pros:

Alles top organisiert, übersichtlich und ansprechend.

Cons:

Leider wirklich schlecht ist die Geräuschdämmung der Türen. Die Bodendichtung der Tür funktionierte nicht entsprechend. Laut war die Nacht und der Schlaf gestört. Schade, weil sonst ist alles wirklich gut.

Serious safety incident in hotel car park – very distressing experience
Pros:

The room was clean and the staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Lustenau for 6 nights with our family. Until the last morning, everything had been fine and we had positive memories of our stay.
However, on the morning of 2 January 2026, while loading our car in the hotel’s underground car park, we discovered that a Nazi symbol had been scratched onto the rear window of our UK-registered vehicle. This happened inside the hotel’s secured underground parking area.
This was an extremely shocking and traumatic experience for me, my wife, and especially our children. Out of fear and because we had to urgently leave to catch our ferry back to the UK, we cleaned the symbol immediately and left the hotel. During the entire drive, we felt unsafe and distressed, constantly worried about being followed. This incident caused serious emotional distress and anxiety for our family.
We informed the hotel, and they confirmed that CCTV cameras are present in the underground car park and that the footage can be provided to the authorities. We are pursuing this matter with the police as a racially motivated hate incident.
It is deeply upsetting that such an incident could occur in a hotel car park, a place where guests should feel safe. Unfortunately, this experience completely overshadowed our stay and left us with lasting trauma rather than good memories.
Because of this serious safety and security issue, we cannot recommend this hotel.
