The stay was basic, the facility are worn out and needs to be renovated. 3/10, would not recommend
Pros:

The staff were accommodating in the sense that we were able to check in 5 minutes before 3pm. The property is also close to the many attractions in ocho rios.

Cons:

The entrance was too dark there need to be more lighting on the hill leading to the property. The room was also not the same as advertised, the bed was only lined with boring white sheets, there was no decor in the room. The bathroom had no privacy to the shower if someone wanted to use the toilet while another is showering. The wifi connection was always unstable, thank God I had mobile data. To make it worse the cable and Netflix that was promised wasn’t working. They told us that it would be resolved on day two but no one came to help us with the issue.

Pros:

It just didn’t feel like a resort. The bar was closed and dirty. It look like it was abandoned. On the property their is two sections. One area people are renting and the other side people are on vacation. I wouldn’t do it again.

Pros:

this hotel was bad we got there late so we had no choose to stay anyway we check out the next morning so I lost two nights money very sad and disappointed

no one should even send their dogs to stay overnight

no worth the money
Pros:

The hotel rooms are inadequate, showerheads are broken and a phone to call for assistance has no wires. Hotels give different rooms than books, i.e. queen bed reserved and you receive twins
