Cons:

Staff at front desk was extremely rude (even when I speak Spanish not just English). We booked a double room, she said its a tiny room for 1 person, and i showed her I booked a double room. She led us up the narrow stairs and only gave us 1 towel and pillow. Rude and unhelpful, don't book the double room.
Very noisey and chords running out our window so it wouldn't shut fully either

La disposición de la administradora para resolver un inconveniente con el televisor

Está muy deteriorado, la ducha horrible porque el chorro del agua era pegado a la pared prácticamente, no tiene si no un toma corriente en la habitación en si y no podía cargar el celular sin desconectar la tv o el ventilador

El ruido en el hotel es demasiado, sus alrededores son de establecimientos con mucho ruido el descanso no se logra, adicional la habitación que nos asignaron tenía cucarachas.

En ocasiones sentí que el personal está enfocado en recibir la habitación, mi reserva era de dos noches y me preguntaron en repetidas si ya iba a entregar pero me faltaba otra noche.
