I stayed here for my army drill days and I will stay again

Decent stay
Pros:

Room was clean, bed was super comfy very soft. Staff was okay, I tried to check in around 11AM due to flight cancellations (winter storm) had to wait about 2 hours but it’s ok. Nothing really in the area besides a 7/11 which is good for snacks. Utilized free shuttle to airport which was on time . Overall good experience

Water pressure in shower was very light

I'll never spend my hard earned money at another choice hotel
Pros:

Was close to airport

Cons:

I was disenchanted with the whole experience. Paid parking, which wasn't stated when booked. Booked 2 rooms with breakfast, wasn't complimentary had to feed my grandkids outside of hotel, even charged for coffee. Customer service was horrible.

The stay was far
Pros:

I like how the interior looked on the inside and how the stuff members were polite

Cons:

Well we went into our room and my oldest daughter goes to use the bathroom, the door is a sliding door she locks it and ended up getting stuck for about 15-20 minutes the first day we got there. I don’t like the fact that you have to pay for breakfast that should be included. It’s not many stores you’re near you’ll def have to drive

Great experience !
Pros:

Our reservation was a little messed up as I booked wrong day,
But still able to change it when we got there ! Friendly staff fixed my error and was able to accommodate us right away for a room!
The room we got seemed to have been awaiting final cleaning so we called to front desk and another room was immediately available for us !!
Bartender in lounge was hilarious and did an excellent job as he made us welcome and served our table!
Great experience !!

I was placed in 2nd floor and when I got off the elevator a stinch of marijuana smelled all down the hallway until I arrived to my room, It was very heavy.

Great hotel only minutes from the airport with friendly staff.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Parking was accessible and there was plenty. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

For the 4 days/3 nights we were there, our room was not attended to by housekeeping. We spent a lot of our time out exploring so we never got a chance to check until late in the evening.
