Nothing at all went well, pre-arrival communication was all ai driven rubbish that confirmed bus / transfer times that didn't exist . I couldn't get into the hotel when I arrived after hours . The helpline person told me to go and find another hotel and sent the hotel the bill. I finally dicuovered they had made an automatic check in and sent me the access code for an old key pad in the lobby. 3 and half hours after I arrived at the airport I got into the room and got up 3 hours later to go back for my next flight . Other travellers be warned ....

I had a wonderful experience staying here! Everything was top-notch: the place was very comfortable, having a private kitchen was extremely convenient, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxed — no stress at all, I felt completely at ease.
Truly a great place to stay! Thank you so much for the hospitality, I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family!
