Important information:

Construction will take place from April 21 through the end of August. During this time, the Zen Courtyard will be closed.

it’s okay, wish they cleaned it up more and gave you like a proper key card because the phone barely worked and sometime

I liked it was close to the gulch for shopping

Cons:

It wasn’t cleaned properly at all, hairs on the floor and bedding that wasn’t ours, I got locked out of the room 3 times and couldn’t get in.

Great stay
Pros:

Very spacious apartment, great easy layout and facilities. Located in an awesome little food hub and within distance to main city attractions/destinations.

Cons:

The check-in process was difficult especially not having an United states phone number. Lots of lead up emails but didn't receive the required information to actually locate and get into the apartment until we rang [was resolved relatively quickly]

Location is very good, gulch is a great area. Staff were very responsive

Cons:

Changed the code as soon as check out time so had to ask the cleaner to let me in to drop off the fob at only 2 minutes past check out

Excellent location in The Gulch. Clean and spacious with proper amenities.

Location, spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The app to unlock the property door did not function properly initially. Had to call property management on arrival and call had a long wait time. Had to reload the app while on the call and even though the assistance helped resolve the problem it added stress to the check in process after a long drive and finding proper parking area and building entrance.
