הכל!!!
Castello Infinity Suites באגיה פלאגיה היה פשוט חוויה מדהימה. הגענו הרבה לפני הצ'ק-אין וקיבלו אותנו בחום ובשמחה ואף מיהרו לסיים להכין את החדר שלא נחכה,וממש נתנו הרגשה שחשוב להם שיהיה לנו טוב. מזג האוויר בימים שלנו ממש לא שיתף פעולה, ירד גשם חזק באותו היום אבל הצוות עשה הכול, כדי שלמרות הגשם נצא מהמלון עם חוויה יוצאת דופן.
ידעו שיש לי יום הולדת בטיול הזה, ובלי שביקשנו כלום — פינקו אותנו בחדר עם עוגה ונר, בקבוק יין, טעימות אוזו, צלחת פירות ועוגיות. ממש השקעה מאוד נעימה ומפתיעה. חוץ מזה , שידרגו לנו את החדר בלי לבקש, סתם כי זה התאפשר וכי רצו שתהיה לנו הרגשה טובה יותר.
החדר עצמו היה מושלם ברמת ניקיון גבוהה, בריכת אינפיניטי שדאגו לחמם אותה לפניי שהגענו בגלל מזג האוויר המפתיע, נוף מהמיטה ישר לים , משהו מדהים !!! אבל מה שבאמת הפך את השהות הזאת למיוחדת זה האנשים: הבחורה המקסימה בקבלה, הבחור שליווה אותנו לחדר בחיוך אמיתי והרבה נימוס, שירות החדרים שתמיד הגיע מהר , המלצרים בחדר האוכל , ואפילו השף עצמו יצא לוודא אישית שהכול בדיוק כמו שצריך. כל אדם שפגשנו שם נתן תחושה שהוא באמת שמח לתת שירות . צוות מאוד נעים , מנומס , שירותי , כמו שצריך להיות במלון ברמה כזאת ומאוד הורגשה הרמה הגבוהה !!
נסענו הרבה, וביקרנו בלא מעט מלונות בעולם, וזה בלי שום ספק המלון עם השירות הכי טוב, הכי אנושי והכי מפנק שחווינו אי פעם. מי שמגיע לכרתים — חייב להגיע למלון הזה. אנחנו נחזור לשם בוודאות .

מלון מהמם במיקום מושלם עם נוף ומרחק צעדים מחוף הים והמסעדות. החדר מאוד מרווח עם בריכה פרטית עם מים חמימים שמתאימה בכל מזג אויר ושעה. השירות במלון יוצא דופן. כל אנשי הצוות מסבירי פנים ונכונים לכל בקשה / שאלה. מלון שקט ונעים המיטה נוחה, החדר מעוצב ונוח, ארוחת הבוקר והערב איכותיות וטעימות. נהנינו מאוד מהמלון, מהארוחות, מהשירות.......
התאורה במקלחת מאוד חלשה, כך שלא נוח אם רוצים להתארגן.
היה חסר לנו מתקן לתליית בגדים, בגדי ים ומגבות במרפסת, כך שבכל פעם שטבלנו בבריכה הרטבנו את רצפת החדר.

We loved the view from the rooms. The service, the staff, the food. Everything here was great.
Northing. Everything was spectacular. You can somewhat hear the one bar in the bay playing music at night if you leave the windows open, but all of Crete has to hear this too, any hotel in this area is affected by this.
Exceptional location, welcoming staff, classy design and excellent food (even for Cretan standards). Would recommend without hesitating.

Très bel établissement, propre, belle décoration, personnel très gentil, très bon emplacement à Agia Pelagia proche Heraklion et Rethymnon.
Confort du matelas horrible. Ça ou une planche en bois, il n'y avait pas de différence. Nous n'avons donc pas dormi pendant 3 nuits. Surprenant d'avoir un matelas aussi inconfortable dans un hôtel aussi moderne et splendide en terme de décor.
Pas de possibilité de massage en cabine duo avec sa moitié. Prestation proposée uniquement seul.Dommage pour un 5 etoiles disposant d'un spa, du coup on ne consomme pas...
Petit déjeuner très simple pour un hôtel comme ça. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins mais la prestation n'y est pas.
Piscine privée non chauffée. Donc malheureusement, sur des journées avec du vent et une légère baisse de température, vous n'y mettez pas un orteil. Dommage.
Conclusion 500€/nuit, rapport qualité prix médiocre.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and peaceful. What made our stay truly special was the incredible hospitality—especially from the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and even surprised us with a thoughtful gift at the end of our stay! Such genuine care and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable trip!
We had the most amazing stay at Castello Infinity Suites and honestly could not recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel so welcome and so special. The reception team, dining staff, bartenders and managers were all incredible — so warm, attentive and genuinely lovely throughout our stay.
The food was absolutely delicious, and breakfast was a real highlight each morning. There was a lovely continental selection as well as a made-to-order menu, which made it feel really special and gave us so much choice.
The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained and had such a relaxing atmosphere. We absolutely loved having our own private pool, which made the stay feel even more luxurious and peaceful.
We were also there for my boyfriend’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make the day feel special for him. It was such a thoughtful touch and something we’ll really remember from the trip.
Everything about our stay felt personal, relaxing and memorable, and we came away feeling so well looked after. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete and would absolutely love to return in the future. Thank you so much to the whole team for making our stay so special. 🤍

Établissement moderne , avec des installations de haute qualités . Ambiance relaxante , vue magnifique sur la mer . Personnel aux petits soins avec une mention spéciale pour le directeur et Eleftheria qui ont donné une dimension exclusive à notre séjour . Repas et petit déjeuner hyper qualitatif
