位置比較偏遠！！ 飯店人員不多！！ 入住期間 不太看的到飯店人員！感覺像是無人旅館了！！ 早餐 人比較多的時候 大多餐點會是空的！！ 促銷價格。可以接受！！ 如果是以原價住宿！ 可能會覺得服務不太好！！

Cons:

住過宜蘭和台南的煙波飯店，太魯閣煙波附近沒什麼餐廳，基本上要用餐會想留在飯店，畢竟房價不低，但是飯店晚餐餐點選擇不多，又貴也不是很好吃，加上服務人員上菜動作不熟練也不親切，用餐體驗不是很好。
另外房間電視有點舊沒辦法連手機看YouTube。

Vooral voor Aziatische toeristen.
Pros:

Mooie kamer, handig parkeren order het hotel. Het complex bestaat 3 torens, die NIET met elkaar verbonden zijn. Als je in de ene toren slaapt moet je buitenom ( door de regen in ons geval) naar een andere toren om te ontbijten. En het ontbijt is 80% Aziatisch. Naar ons idee is deze accomodatie alleen geschikt voor Aziatische toeristen.

Cons:

Weinig Engels gesproken. Geen bureau en geen bureaustoel om te werken (#1002]. Het geheel kwam bij ons nogal stil over. Te ver van de bewoonde wereld. Alleen Aziatisch eten in restaurant. Werken met 2 zittingen. Geen ruimte om je koffer uit te pakken, alleen een open kleding rek met hangertjes.

建築很美、海邊很美、房間大廳乾淨整潔、服務人員很熱心、床很好睡
早餐一樣都有配合當地美食，種類還滿豐富的，煙波的早餐就是好吃😋

房間比較小、且飯店位子比較偏僻，但很安靜
