After hours of flying and traveling, we were really looking forward to unwinding in the hot tub, only to discover that it closed at 10:00p.m. We arrived around 9:30 p.m., so that was incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, the bar closed at 10:00 p.m., leaving us barely any time to even enjoy a drink. For a resort catering to travelers and vacationers, these limited hours are ridiculous. Guests should be able to relax and enjoy the amenities they’re paying for, especially after a long day of travel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Salt Lake City Cottonwood! Breakfast was great, the food was delicious, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone made the experience enjoyable, and we really appreciated the friendly service. We would happily stay here again!

The location is perfect. The lobby was clean and inviting. Loved the shower and the room was very comfortable.
There's an upcharge for every damn thing, and you can't even get a coffee in the lobby

we had to pay for parking which is ridiculous. utterly ridiculous. It did not say this in a prominent place in booking. I would not have booked there had I known. rip off. Also, not continental breakfast, also nuts. would have picked a different place had I known either of these things.
Didn't have it you would have charged me extra should be free for what I paid for the room you charged extra for parking that should be free also I probably won't stay there again

The power was out all morning with no communication from the property and we missed breakfast- also they authorized 300 on our card even though we had already paid. Still holding the funds 2 days later.
