Pros:

We enjoyed your unique hotel. I’ve stayed in many hotels and this had a nice vibe. It was nice to have the bar in your hotel since it was Thanksgiving and everything else was closed.

It was okay for our first trip to Chattanooga so lesson was learned. Definitely not in downtown
Pros:

Nothing really.

Cons:

No microwaves was told by staff microwaves were in two different locations but were no where. Parking was horrible. Will not recommend this to no one.

The room was stellar. I think all hotels should have an indoor swimming pool

Cons:

I had a discrepancy about the rooftop bar. Where i reserved an area and it was confirmed and I dint not get said area it was whole mix up. I should have gotten a refund on my stay for the foolishness I had to endure from the other participant who also reserved. I never received anything telling me to pay for anything. It was freaking disaster. I showed email etc this was a total ball drop. I asked for a portion of my stay returned and NEVER received it. Where is my money? This was my birthday weekend ruined

Just ok!
Pros:

The Staff at night on Saturday, December 20th was not very friendly. We asked about the parking and he said just find a spot and park. (For the Parking Lot you had to use the mall parking lost). This hotel does not have it's own parking!

Cons:

Parking! No parking at this hotel. You have to park at the mall.

Pros:

JR, has phenomenal customer service. This hotel should be so proud to have such a professional and talented staff. Thanks to JR he was able to get a room for my wife and dogs on a very busy night.
