Pros:

The hotel itself is nice, clean and very convenient location to so many places.

Cons:

I booked through Booking (of course) paid with my Klarna card and the hotel proceeded to bill my actual debit card that we put in file for incidentals was billed for the room cost 2 days after check out. The billed us $205 for incidentas and $183 for room. When i called theybwere like the 205 will drop off today however the $183 is the cost of night. I trued explaining again that I paid through Booking and the hotel itself shoyld not bill me since it was already paid. Got the run around and still waiting on a refund. So watch your banking if you stay there.

Comfortable stay for a short period but room design was cramped.
Pros:

I liked the patio with Fireplace. It was a relaxing outdoor space. The corner table was nice

Cons:

The size of the room felt cramped. The shower leaked and had issues.

Perfect for a 2 night get away.
Pros:

Very clean property inside and out! The kids loved the pool and we loved that it was only 4.5’ with a small splash pad area. The room was well designed and spacious enough tor our family of 4! Perfect location for dining and shopping and a quick drive to area attractions.

Only bathroom plug works in room 524 and the lamp by beds and bathroom mirror light doesn’t work

Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Lobby smelled great!

Cons:

Room was laid out weird and there was no door on the bathroom shower area, only a curtain. Luckily there was one for the toilet. Parking wasn’t fantastic. Extremely loud road sounds.

A great stay
Pros:

Location is very convenient from the highway.

The staff was warm friendly and I’d like to recognize Lisa at the front desk for handling are small hiccup

Staff and management worked promptly and efficiently.

Highly recommend Aloft for your next stay

Parking is hard. Shared parking lot with mall and restaurants. That being said great selection of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.
