Pros:

Nothing to like really

Cons:

The most disgusting room I've ever seen. Definitely not 7.1 as it was saying at the website. I left the room after about 1h and never came back. Very disappointed

Pros:

I paid money for no service rendered. No staff is available to attend to me. So I left without any service. No access to any room. It was just a very poor service. Will never patronise your business again. £41 just lost like that
It's such a shame!!!

Cons:

Everything ,the service is the poorest I've ever come across in my life. A number (manager)was given to call by one of the residents which I did but the so call manager did not pick the call.

Pros:

Very Friendly And Polite Staff, Very Understanding And Great Value, 5* Service, 24hr Customer service, highly recommend this hotel. Also very comfortable bed/mattress.

Comp weekend stay
Pros:

The layout of the apartment was good and was in walking distance to where we needed to be. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

When we walked into the apartment, we had to deep clean the kitchen/ lounge as it was very dirty and wasn't cleaned before our arrival. Also there wasn't enough plates, cups, utensils, pots/pans for four people. The kitchen could have been more equipped.

Tragic and still pending refund
Pros:

Cons:

Didn’t stay here, refund process still pending was on hold for an hour then they just hung up. Area was rough. Wasn’t even worth checking in, loud, unsafe. Wouldn’t recommend
