Comp weekend stay
Pros:

The layout of the apartment was good and was in walking distance to where we needed to be. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

When we walked into the apartment, we had to deep clean the kitchen/ lounge as it was very dirty and wasn't cleaned before our arrival. Also there wasn't enough plates, cups, utensils, pots/pans for four people. The kitchen could have been more equipped.

Tragic and still pending refund

Cons:

Didn’t stay here, refund process still pending was on hold for an hour then they just hung up. Area was rough. Wasn’t even worth checking in, loud, unsafe. Wouldn’t recommend

Cons:

No cutlery, plates or cooking equipment in the apartment. Was only given key to external door and room, no key to the front door of the appartment came back one evening to find door locked, as the "cleaner" had lock it for some reason, had to wait for the door to be unlocked, didn't look like it had been. Would not stay at the hotel again, nor in the location so many building boarded up or fire damaged, The place gave me vibes of a hotel that provides council emergency accomondtion.
