Muy mala experiencia en este hotel. Cobran todo por separado, incluso el estacionamiento, y aun así me llegó un cobro adicional de $75 por “no pago”, a pesar de haberlo pagado durante mi estadía. Falta de organización y cero claridad en los cargos. No lo recomiendo.

Pros:

A localização é excelente e foi o motivo da minha escola. Muito perto dos parques da universal e literalmente do lado do outlet marketplace e a apenas alguns metros do outlet premium.

Cons:

O café da manhã deixa a desejar. Não tinham nem louças, eram pratos e talheres descartáveis. Comida bem mediana também. Quarto bem equipado com uma pequena cozinha, porem sem mesa. A limpeza era feita apenas retirando o lixo do banheiro, não levavam os lixos da cozinha e também não lavaram pratos e talheres que estavam na pia.

Pros:

Las habitaciones muy cómodas y nos gustó que siempre hubiera agua y café disponibles. Además, la ubicación era ideal para las actividades que teníamos programadas.

Lo sucio que quedaban algunos sectores del comedor después del desayuno, pero eso es más problema de las personas que ustedes

Loved everything except the check in process and paying for parking which took a long time because I had to scan a QR co

Clean. Loved breakfast. The design of the building was beautiful. Friendly service and very accommodating.

Cons:

Paying separate for parking took a long time for me to check in. They also did not understand that because I had already paid way in advance that my credit card declined for incidentals that they kept trying to charge . It made me feel frustrated and embarrassed.
