This is the worst booking experience I have ever had. When I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. I spent over an hour knocking on the doors and trying to get a response. No staff. No reception. No answer. Absolutely nothing.
I was left stranded and had no choice but to find another hotel late at night, which was stressful and unacceptable.
Despite this, they charged me £199. When I requested a refund, they lied to Booking.com, claiming that I never showed up and that they operate 24 hours. That is completely false. The place was shut.
This is dishonest behaviour and a clear scam. Do not book here. Stay well away.
Avoid at all costs – dishonest and closed hotel
The overall condition of the facility was not good so I opted to cancel my stay al together and requested some refund since I had paid for two people for 5 nights - About USD 930/=. Booking.com and the hotel did not accept to refund me even partially. I only received USD17.
I still expect that my case will be reviewed and an appropriate refund sent to me since I did not even spend one night.
The overall condition of the facility is not good. There was a strong smell of smoke in the reception despite it being abit small. The reception needs to be tidy.

My experience is frustrating at its beginning. Although i booked my junior suite in this hotel and paid online 2 days before going, i was surprised at hotel arrival by the receptionist that the hotel is fully booked and no place for me.
So they shifted me to another hotel: Jewel Plaza Hotel. Actually, the receptionist Mr Mohamed Hisham dealt with perfectly and sincerely, he gave me a room to stay then by night upgraded me to a much better room once was free and clean. He is the one who adsorbed my anger and shock by the status of previous hotel and handled the situation gratefully. The second hotel is clean, excellent view, more spacious room and i would advise to use it and NEVER TO GO TO THE DISRESPECTFUL HOTEL JEWEL CABINS.
The staff was very helpful ,chalet wasn’t annoying and the location is good

سيء جدا للغاية لا انصح احد فيه نهائيا انتبهو

فقط الموقع والاطلاله
غير نظيف ويحتاج صيانه لا يوجد من يساعد في الحقائب الا عاملة نظافه كبيره في السن.. لا يوجد مكتب استقبال دائم او اي خدمات.. الافطار بسيط جدا وتختار منه ويحضروه الى الغرفه.. المدخل على المسبح العام مباشره واضطررنا للنزول على درج قصير ثم درج طويل للوصول الشاليهات... الحمام لا يوجد فيه مناشف سوى منشفه واحده صغيره ومنشفة الاسحمام عباره عن منشفة المسبح وغير نظيفه.. ويجب الخروج وعمل شيك اوت على الساعه 11 صباحاً.. كانت تجربه سيئه جدا وقضينا فيه ليله واحده فقط

The internet was not working despite staff promising a prompt fix—nothing changed. The room was extremely dirty, especially the floor and bed linen, which appeared unwashed. Additionally, there was no breakfast provided, even though staff explicitly agreed to serve it at 7:00 as I had to leave shortly after. Very disappointing experience overall.
