Posizione top, così come la piscina che ha una bella vista ed è usufruibile fino alle 22. Staff molto gentile e disponibile e doccia bella e curata.

Cons:

Uniche cose negative sono state la grandezza del letto che per due non era sufficiente ma era una piazza e mezzo e la mancanza di una finestra che rendeva l’ambiente troppo caldo e soffocante.

Pros:

Este hotel está suuuuper cerca del parque las palapas enserió lo recomiendo si van con niños pequeños o con mucha familia vale 100% la pena
Tiene alberca en rooftop y un gimnasio

Cons:

Lo único es que no hay closet como tal al menos no en la habitación que nos toco y al ser 3 personas si nos hizo un poco de falta pero en general la habitación es amplia

Good location, very clean. Pleasant front desk staff, rooftop pool

Cons:

The room was a windowless box. Smelt strongly of damp and pine disinfectant. Shower rose was cracked so water only trickled out through a few of the holes.

Ubicación, limpieza; la atención del personal

Cons:

Como sugerencia podrían poner algun tope en el area de la regadera se dale toda el agua en la ducha. En la reservacion que hicimos en línea se mencionaba que el desayuno tenía un costo de 150 pesos, pero no fue así los.costos eran a la carta.

So bad sound profing, worst sleep i had in mexico. People were screaming all night until 3am and the staff did nothing and you can hear everything from the rooms beacuse the only window is on the hallway.

Very clean and comfortable rooms! Staff was very nice. They have security at night which I appreciated, it felt very safe.

Cons:

Our room did not have a window and that was not very clear from the photos or listing. Would have likely booked something else had I known
