The hotel and my room are quite new, so therefore very clean and comfortable.

This lady behaved very badly towards me....
First you tell me that you change my money with a fair price, then you change your mind and you give me a terrible money change!
She books me a bus to toy hoa, tells me they will pick me up at the hotel, then I find out 30 minutes before they won't come... and she tells me to go to the bus station, but the bus has already left... so I lose a lot of money having already booked hotels in toy hoa and leaving the next day!
The apartment is noisy, without soundproofing, her children scream until 12 am and then leave again at 7 am.
Light enters the room and the bed is very hard and not comfortable and you can't rest well... old and partly broken furniture in the bathroom.
The lady doesn't speak English and she wastes your time, she doesn't even know how to show you a bank...
Scandalous, I've been traveling for 20 years this was the worst experience in Vietnam!
My advice, don't go there, stay away from this person, he's only interested in money NOT TO HELP YOU, luckily for Vietnam there are many kind and good people, NOT HER!!!

Pros:

The room is clean and spacious. There is even a small kitchen corner if we need to cook.
The apartment is near many small local food shops and the beach.
The owner gives us a small suprise gift a day before leaving

Pros:

This was an interesting property with some nicely designed interior features and run by a lovely family who tried very hard to please. However, it was not a bilingual property as advertised and that was frustrating at times.I found the kitchen poorly equipped and had to supply some of my own utensils. There was no microwave as advertised and the washing machine had Chinese only instructions.Attention to these small details could make a big difference to someone's stay.
