Pros:

Breakfast was good; staff worked hard. Room was kept clean. Location is close to everything but on a very busy street, so be careful when you walk out the door, the cars and buses are speeding by all day.

Cons:

Room was small. Please provide a box of Kleenex in the future. Please provide bottles of water each day.

Pros:

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the Historic Centre

Ideally located in the historic centre, just 10min walk from the Plaza de Armas, the hotel is in a peaceful courtyard, away from the hustle of the city.

The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is generous, with a great selection of Peruvian specialties — including adobo arequipeño, a traditional dish that is only served on Sundays and which I highly recommend!

The staff are professional, friendly, reassuring, helpful, and very accommodating. A special mention goes to Hector and Gabriela, who took great care of me throughout my stay, as well as César, the manager, who always took the time to chat with me and practice his French.

A wonderful stay — I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Très bel hôtel : les parties communes sont dans une ancienne maison coloniale et les chambres sont dans une partie neuve
Très bien placé

Cons:

Lit un peu petit 120cm dans les chambres triple et quadruple !

Cons:

Ci sarebbe piaciuto avere più cordialità da parte del team presente alla reception.
Inoltre, avevamo richiesto il servizio navetta aeroportuale ma al nostro arrivo non c’era nessuno ad attenderci.

Cons:

Personale molto scortese, siamo arrivati chiedendo il check-in anticipato e invece la nostra camera è stata pronta alle 15 (un ora dopo l’orario ufficiale). Ci hanno dato una camera di livello inferiore a quella prenotata e in tutta questa situazione il personale era estremamente scortese. Abbiamo chiesto una colazione da asporto e ci hanno dato un panino confezionato di pessima qualità e un succo (non sufficiente per un hotel a 4 stelle). Inoltre al checkout il prezzo è salito improvvisamente di 30 euro a notte rispetto a quanto scritto su Booking
