Muy buenas instalaciones, cómodas y bien equipadas, además de una excelente ubicación céntrica que facilita el desplazamiento y el acceso a los principales puntos de interés. Asimismo, el personal destaca por su amabilidad, disposición y excelente atención, lo que contribuye a una estadía muy agradable.
Como aspectos por mejorar, la cama resulta algo pequeña y la variedad y calidad de los productos dulces del desayuno podrían ser mejores. Asimismo, el horario de cierre del bar es demasiado temprano, ya que al regresar al hotel alrededor de las 22:00 horas, este se encuentra cerrado. Sería muy conveniente extender su horario, especialmente para quienes desean disfrutar de un momento de descanso al finalizar el día.

el espacio del lavadero del baño era muy pequeño para una habitación de 3 personas.

es un hotel caro y la habitación era interior, en la cual se veía las ventanas de las otras habitaciones

O hotel é excelente. Minha filha já havia hospedado há 3 anos atrás e me recomendou muito. Moderno, localização maravilhosa, café delicioso e equipe agradável. Super recomendo.
O Hotel é muito bonito e super bem localizado. As instalações são novas. Adoramos a jacuzzi no terraço do Hotel. O hotel é próximo da Praça de Armas, dos melhores restaurantes e de atrações.
Achamos a sala do café pequena para a quantidade de hóspedes, as pessoas até podem ficar na parte externa, mas faz frio pela manhã.

This is a nice hotel in a good area however I have mixed reviews about the friendliness of the staff, they were pleasant but not overly accommodating. The breakfast was very good and the hotel was clean.
We had a very long journey we were extremely early for our check in and we had to wait until the afternoon to check in even though I had tried in numerous accessions to reach out to the hotel to pay for an early check in, they let us go for breakfast but did charge us even though it is a free breakfast with your stay. I am a Hilton honours member and it would have been nice if this was a free gesture for us instead it made us feel as there was not much customer care to be had
Das Bett war gemütlich und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir haben uns auch sehr darüber gefreut, früher einchecken zu können.
Das Zimmer hatte leider einen schlechten Geruch, der vom Abfluss stammte. Es gab zwar einen 24/7 Frontdesk, man hatte aber nicht das Gefühl, dass die Personen ausreichend Englisch sprachen, damit sie einen verstehen. An einem Abend war es aufgrund einer Party nebenan in unserem Zimmer so unerträglich laut, dass wir nicht schlafen konnten. Bis wir ein Ersatzimmer für die Nacht hatten, verging leider mehr als eine Stunde, obwohl sich die Personen am Frontdesk innerhalb kurzer Zeit zurückmelden wollten. Von dem Wäscheservice des Hotels sind wir am meisten enttäuscht. Man kann ihn nicht anders als Wucher bezeichnen. Für 5 Tage Unterwäsche von zwei Personen haben wir etwa 70 Euro bezahlt. Der normale Preis in der Gegend ist etwa 2-3 Euro pro KG. Die Wäsche war leider auch nicht sauber und ein teures weißes T-Shirt hat bei der Wäsche leider schwarze Flecken bekommen, die nicht wieder herausgehen. Dass so ein Service überhaupt angeboten wird, ist inakzeptabel.
