安靜的住宿環境，有健身房，設備目前仍很新穎（2026年）
Pros:

接待人員以及飯店的工作人員都非常有禮貌，熱於協助住客的需求。早餐很豐富、有提供飲水機、健身房外可以看到市景。雖然離武器廣場有一些距離（離修道院不遠），但反而因此較為安靜。前面是殖民風格建築，房間則是新建築，環境維護的很好很乾淨。

洗澡時水會忽溫忽熱，不是很穩定。

Pros:

First of all, the hotel is stunningly beautiful—especially as it is located in the heart of the city within a historic building. What impressed me most was the exceptional customer service. They always responded immediately and tried their best to solve any issues. For example, since we had to check out early, they thoughtfully rearranged our breakfast to be served on the day of our arrival. It was a truly considerate gesture.

La ubicación era fantástica con muy buena calidad precio. También tuvieron detalles muy buenos con respecto al desayuno, ya que salíamos temprano de viaje y nos prepararon una lunch box fantástica.

Top notch Hampton Hotel

I am still in shock this was a Hampton. I am a Diamond member and I certainly never stayed at a Hampton like this before! The employees were all fantastic. As a matter of fact, I told the front desk I was catching a Peru Hop bus and I’d miss breakfast. They put together a breakfast to go waiting for me when I checked out. We got to take advantage of the fresh water jacuzzi (reservation only) and viewed Arequipa from the rooftop. It was very refreshing and relaxing. Although the room was small, it was immaculate and had all amenities including body lotion, sewing kit, vanity kit etc. The price tag was significantly more than other basic accommodations in the area. However, I felt that we got value through all the amenities that we received. Make sure to book a scenic view room. In the morning, if it’s clear, it’s a great view. We enjoyed being near San Francisco plaza and visited Complejo San Francisco.
