Pros:

Modern facility with spacious elevator. Lots of parking area

Cons:

No soundproof. You can clearly hear noises from upstairs guests, like talking and laughing, moving chairs, children running around etc. The hotel is next to railway, so can be noisy when trains pass by.

Too high a price for what it gives you.
Pros:

It had a breakfast buffet

Cons:

I just don't think it deserves the money we gave them. The staff at the reception was not welcoming at all. The room had only two towels for a room of three and one roll of toilet paper. It's good we had brought our own at least. Also at the reception they charged us an extra fee(I think 12 dinars per person) which I did not understand why we were charged, but we hadn't been told earlier about it.
