Kafieris View Hotel - Adults Only

Excelente localização, 10 minutos caminhando até o centro e estação de ônibus. No terraço você pode admirar o melhor pôr do sol da ilha. Lá também você pode aproveitar para tomar o café da manhã com uma vista espetacular. O quarto com jacuzzi é excelente para você relaxar após um dia de muita caminhada. Nikos super atencioso, providenciou nossos transfers e nos auxiliou quando tivemos nosso ferry cancelado. A equipe do hotel é super atenciosas.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Firostefani and within walking distance of many popular attractions. My room, was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the caldera. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff who were very welcoming.

Bathroom is small, breakfast is so so.. staffs is helpful and polite. View is wonderful and very near the 3 Bells Church

Came here for Easter and it was perfect. Close to Fira where all the establishments are, but not so close that it’ll be noisy to sleep. Each room had a wonderful view, will definitely stay here again!

A comunicação com o hotel é péssima! Tanto antes do checkin, quando tentamos informações sobre o mesmo e não obtivemos nenhuma resposta, tendo que recorrer ao suporte da hotéis.com, quanto durante a estadia.
Quarto com estrutura muito velha, banheiro extremamente apertado (a porta não abre completamente porque bate no vaso sanitário, então toda vez que você entrar no banheiro baterá na porta), não existe box, é uma cortina curta que fica grudando em você durante o banho inteiro.
O Wi-Fi não funciona no quarto (acredito que não chegue sinal suficiente do ponto principal) e não há sinal de celular, ou seja, toda vez que estiver no seu quarto você estará incomunicável. Informei sobre isso no dia em que cheguei, solicitando que solucionassem o problema do Wi-Fi e nada foi feito.
Eletricidade do quarto funciona somente com o cartão, e isso inclui o frigobar (ou seja, quando você sai do quarto o frigobar desliga e tudo que você tiver armazenado fica quente e pode estragar).
Para além disso tudo, 10 minutos antes do checkout eles batem de quarto em quarto avisando que temos que sair, de uma forma muito rude e deselegante!
De ponto positivo tem a vista do quarto.

Everything waa wonderful

Quiet and soft resort, had paid services for transport from and to airport, as well as to a three location cruise

Our room (panoramic view room) has a wonderful sea view! Hotel location is good. Daily cleaning service is great. The in-room breakfast is also a positive experience!
However, on our check out day, we had a terrible experience with the hotel’s taxi booking service, which almost made us missed our early morning flight! And we were left helplessly outside of the hotel as the time of our flight getting closer, desperately trying to find an alternative on our own. We miserably carried our luggage by foot in the early morning, hundreds of meters down to the streets to find the nearest help. I am 78 years old! It was one of the worst experiences in travel!

Très bon séjour à ce hôtel avec les petits déjeuner très copieux! Vue sur la mer. Petit terrasse et piscine sur le toit. On voit le sunset! Le Personnel était sympathique. En bas de hôtel il y a le chemin pour aller à Oia à pieds. Hôtel est non loin de centre Fira.

The Hotel owner and staff were wonderful and very communicative. The checked in on my arrival, had great suggestions on food, sights and travel. highly recommend. and the view was incredible!

Amazing place to stay! The view was gorgeous and the people were so kind. In the heart of it all, but it still feels like you're in your own little world. Definitely recommend.

Great location and views. Good overall service, enjoyed the breakfast in your room option. Good value for the money.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel, l’hôtel est médiocre, très très sale.
Dans la chambre une forte odeur d’égout de renfermer.
Impossible de se brosser les dents, l’eau du robinet est salée.
La salle de bain a fortement besoin de rénovation , une personne forte de corpulence ne pourrai pas rentrer à l’intérieur car elle est très très très petite.
Le petit déjeuner en chambre tout simplement deguelasse. A part la vue je ne comprend pas pourquoi les anciens clients induise en erreur à mettre des bonne note et des bon avis.
Aucune connexion internet obliger de se mettre par la fenêtre ou descendre devant la résidence car ce n’est pas un hôtel pour avoir internet.
