Please note that the property is located on top of an alley with views that is only accessible on foot. To get to the property you have to climb about 120 steps that are steep and big. The property is distributed in 5 different floor levels. Due to this, it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility or young children. It is also recommended to bring light luggage like a a backpack for easier access to the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

The roof top and the view on the city from the room.
Beautiful location and very cosy place to stay a few nights.
Good value for money

Cons:

The stairs!

Es privado y económico tiene la cocina equipada dando opción de que cocines y así económices aún mas, las vistas desde las habitaciones son muy bonitas, la opción de ingreso autónomo facilita mucho en caso de que llegues tarde, el internet para conectar tus equipos que traigas ya sea celulares, laptops o tablets alcanza perfecto, muy buena ventilación

La estufa no tenía piloto pero tampoco tenían encendedor para poderla utilizar, en el lavabo la agua se tiraba haciendo que te mojaras las piernas, la tele no se podía conectar al wifi, el baño no tiene tapa del tanque lo cual no le quita función pero si presentación

Cons:

Las toallas y colchas olían a humedad. Muebles viejos e incómodo. Mucho ruido. No cuenta con estacionamiento. Solo tenía una cama matrimonial y una individual, cuando se había reservado para 5 personas. Al llegar al lugar no se contaba con iluminación. Me ofrecieron sofacama y se le salían los alambres. En fin pésimo lugar

Misleading, somewhat smelly bed/sheets, missing blanket & pillow on sofabed, 130 steps to get to the location, felt more like a Favela in Rio then Guanajuato, only spent 1 out of the 4 nights

Deben decir bien en la descripción que no tiene estacionamiento, ya que muestran fotos y no tienen.
Están retirado y tiene que caminar mucho y en subida para llegar.
Dentro de la casa las escaleras están muy empinadas.
El baño huele muy feo, no tiene ventilación!
El Internet no tiene buena señal.
Nos mojamos , se enfermaron mis niños con esa subida.
El 1er dia no teníamos agua caliente, solo tibia.
Siguiendo las indicaciones de google no llegas, debes comunicarte con los administradores para que te orienten.

朝も夜も綺麗な街並みを一望できる。

チェックイン時間に清掃が終わっていなかった。清掃を早めるかチェックイン時間を遅くするかした方がいい。

You can hear everything through the walls. I was woken up at 4 the second night and just before midnight the second by other guest. Bring ear plugs, I could hear the guests in the room next to mine snoring :/

Very disappointing experience
Cons:

I would avoid staying here. Price was attractive but there are other places in Guanajuato in the same price range. Bad location (not only the fact you have to climb loads of stairs) but also it's not a nice part of town. Very steep stairs in the house, stained sofa facing a broken wardrobe and the room smelled like urine. Very bad experience.

Pros:

Amazing view from both the room and the rooftop! Comfortable bed and good wifi, central location, nice staff.

Cons:

It’s a lot of hills and stairs to get there, didn’t bother us with our backpacks but it’s not suitable if you have trouble walking or carry a big suitcase
