They did not have an option with 2 queen beds for 2 adults and 1 kid
Hyatt House is a treasure! Exceptional, friendly customer service which really made the stay! The hotel offered a clean, modern room with a very comfortable bed and for being pretty close to the airport, it was not noisy at all. Easy to get to the places around town we were visiting, and will definitely make it a point to stay there again!

Nothing. It was a piece of heaven
We visited Nashville to see family. We decided on Hyatt because of the experiences we had elsewhere. They lived up to and exceeded out expectations. All of the Hyatts we stayed at during out two week trip were great. This one was just as exceptional because the entire staff and I do mean the ENTIRE STAFF was excellent. They treated us very nice, professional and genuinely courteous. We appreciate treatment like this when we are away from home.
Parking is no longer free. I stayed 3 nights and paid $42 to park in the same lot that was always free to park. I will no longer stay there as long as they are charging to park.

Excellent breakfast and tv service
Hotel was nice and clean. We were only there for one night and needed to leave the following morning around 6:30 AM. We were down in the lobby at 6:20. Nobody was at the front desk. We waited for about 15 minutes until somebody finally showed up. The shuttle was sitting out front and we were told the shuttle leaves every 30 minutes, with next time not until 7:00. Ended up having to spend $20 on a Lyft.
Check in was a breeze and staff was friendly and welcoming . Our room was clean and comfortable. We had an early flight and the shuttle got us there with no issues. I did the park and fly rate and everything worked out great.
