No respetaron la reserva que hice por hoteles.com, querían ubicarnos en un cuarto oscuro, con olor a humedad, sin ventilación y una tarifa diferente, aprovechan la temporada para abusar de los turistas, una triste experiencia con ese hotel.
Muy queridas las señoras del counter pero se quedaron con una de mis lociones que se quedó afuera. Vieron una camisa pero la loción no. Parece que tuvieran cámaras por todo el cuarto y te sientes invadido. La cama estaba a medio tender. Muy mala experiencia
