Gutes und sauberes Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, fast neben dem Universal Endless Summer Resort. Mit dem Uber oder Auto sind alle Universal Parks in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Unser Apartment lag im 11. Stock mit einem tollen Ausblick in Richtung Universal. Das Apartment inkl. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Raumgröße sehr großzügig. Wir haben während unseres 10 tägigen Aufenthalts kaum Geräusche von anderen Gästen wahrgenommen. Die Sauberkeit war überwiegend gut, Handtücher und Bettwäsche war (fast) frei von Flecken. Parkplätze waren immer vorhanden, auch wenn wir später von Ausflügen zurück kamen.

Cons:

Bei Check-In wurde kaum mit uns gesprochen. Die einzige Information die wir erhalten haben waren unsere Zimmer Nr. sowie der Eingangscode. Wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, dass beispielsweise der Zimmerservice nur kommt, wenn er explizit angefordert wird.
Es gab kein Shampoo, Conditioner oder Duschgel auf dem Zimmer. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war schwach und teilweise kam kein warmes Wasser und man musste kalt duschen. Das Toilettenpapier könnte weicher sein.

Neat and clean

Cons:

The beds were so uncomfortable. The tiny pillows were awful. We debated on leaving in the middle of the night bc we couldn’t sleep. We got up and left by 6am. So uncomfortable.

Affordable place to sleep not much more to offer at location.
Pros:

The location is ten minutes from the convention center close to where I’d to work. There’s a bar at pool was cold yet sunny. There’s coffee can purchase in lobby. The hot water works. They use a digital entrance code for doors. The bed was comfortable. I wasn’t there much besides to sleep. Large apartment style room. Affordable price.

Cons:

Upon arrival the system was down to check people in the front desk. Only one person working long line after I checked in took a little while. Upon getting to my room it smelled like someone was cooking food, not fresh clean scent. The view was of the back of property not of pool as pictured in the photos. Someone was smoking on the balcony and they left their left over butts there was dirty. The Wi-Fi was out so I couldn’t use the TV or internet. I went down stairs to the pool to look at the gym the equipment they’ve is rusted and very run down. It shouldn’t be open. No free weights. Just rusted treadmills and elliptical. I messaged booking.com no one got back to me right away. I called and the service line says it’s closed after 6pm. Poor communication took a while to get back to me. No discount offered or anything.
