Nous avons trouvé le personnel très professionnel et agréable tout au long de notre séjour.
Une mention particulière pour l’espace petit-déjeuner, qui est très bien organisé, ainsi que pour le personnel en charge du service : efficace, souriant et attentif. Franchement, rien à redire sur ce point, c’était vraiment très bien.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est également correct, relativement proche du centre-ville, ce qui permet de se déplacer assez facilement.

Cons:

Nous étions dans la chambre 616, et malheureusement l’expérience a été très décevante au vu du prix.
À partir de 5h du matin, il devient quasiment impossible de dormir à cause du bruit constant de la circulation, sauf à utiliser des boules Quies.
La ventilation de la climatisation est également extrêmement bruyante : pour pouvoir se rendormir, il vaut mieux l’éteindre complètement.
L’isolation est très mauvaise : lorsque le voisin du dessus va aux toilettes, on a réellement l’impression que la chasse d’eau va nous tomber sur la tête.
Après la première nuit (nous restions deux nuits), j’ai reçu un message de la réception me demandant si tout se passait bien. J’ai alors signalé ces problèmes. La personne s’est montrée désolée dans ses réponses, mais aucune solution ni aucun changement n’ont été proposés.
L’échange de messages est donc resté sans effet concret, ce qui est particulièrement frustrant lorsque l’on signale un problème aussi important pour le confort et le sommeil.
Au final, très déçu par le rapport qualité-prix, qui ne correspond clairement pas aux prestations attendues pour ce niveau de tarif.

It was a good stay and I will come back if I’m seeing a show at dr Philip’s performing arts center

We did like the location - the hotel is in the very centre. Which is the only advantage we would remember.

Cons:

Hotel services. A notice in the bathroom says "We will clean your room every other day." When I asked the receptionist why haven´t our room been cleaned for three days already, the answer was "Yes, that is all right, we clean rooms every other day." I asked therefore, which day is defined as "the other one". In vain. The following conversation lead nowhere.
Another discomfort were uneatable breakfasts, tasting like something made of plastic. The offer was very poor. Although we had paid for hotel breakfasts, after the first morning experience we made decision for next days - to go to the town and have our meal somewhere else.
The third but not least problem was bathroom door. We noticed it was dangerous and could fall down any moment. The man who came to solve the trouble solved nothing. Neverthlesss he agreed with us that it was not safe to open/close the bathroom doors and recommended not to use it.
