My recent stay at **SpringHill Suites Chinatown** was nothing short of outstanding. I came in for my family’s reunion, and from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, every member of the team made me feel welcomed, valued, and truly at home.

I would like to extend a special thank you to **Jasmine and Westley** at the front desk. Their professionalism, warm personalities, and genuine commitment to exceptional guest service set the tone for my entire stay. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with a smile, making every interaction a pleasant one.

I also want to recognize the entire **housekeeping staff** for their hard work and dedication. My room was consistently spotless, well-stocked, and comfortable. Their attention to detail and pride in their work did not go unnoticed and greatly contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

A heartfelt thank you goes to the entire **breakfast staff** as well. Each morning, they provided a welcoming atmosphere with a delicious, well-maintained breakfast area. Their friendliness and commitment to keeping everything fresh, clean, and organized made a wonderful start to each day.

As an event planner with decades of experience, I don’t say this lightly: this was the smoothest hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Matthew Jiang was exceptional to work with, especially over the past several months as we finalized every detail of our event. His answer was always “yes.” He consistently found a way to accommodate us with a positive attitude, creativity, and a genuine can-do spirit that never wavered. His professionalism and pride in his work were evident every step of the way, and his focus was always on ensuring we had an outstanding experience. He absolutely delivered. I would work with Matthew again in a heartbeat.

The meeting space was another tremendous asset. It was spacious, versatile, and allowed us to bring in our own caterers, which made all the difference for our family reunion. Having the flexibility to extend into the lobby area gave us even more room to gather, and the hotel’s willingness to accommodate that was truly an extraordinary plus. Every staff member we encountered was professional, attentive, and eager to help.

The value was equally impressive. Despite one of the busiest weekends in Chicago, when nearly every hotel in the city was sold out, SpringHill Suites honored an outstanding group rate for our family. The location is convenient, safe, and within easy walking distance of the train and water taxi. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, plentiful, and a wonderful bonus that added even more value to our stay.

Simply outstanding from beginning to end. I highly recommend SpringHill Suites and especially Matthew Jiang to anyone planning a meeting, reunion, or special event. They deliver an exceptional experience.

This is one of the best Marriott property stays. I was here to relocate my daughter. The location is in Chinatown with lots of shops. The customer service is excellent. The breakfast has limited options and doesn’t change much in the menu however, Chicago has great breakfast spots. The housekeeping is every other day or as requested. They are very quick to answer any requests. The workers take pride in what they do. The 24 hour workout gym and laundry on site were additional benefits for me. The rooms are spacious. I felt safe with the key requirements. Overall great stay for a two week visit.

I had a wonderful stay and was genuinely impressed by how clean this hotel was. I consider myself very picky when it comes to hotel cleanliness, and this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The staff were kind, friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. My room was immaculately clean—everything from the bedsheets to the desk and even the doorknobs had been thoroughly cleaned. I was pleasantly surprised that I couldn’t find dust or overlooked areas that are often missed in other hotels.

The breakfast staff also worked efficiently to keep food stocked and the dining area clean. What stood out most to me was seeing staff scrubbing the bottom of a trash can near the elevator. That level of attention to detail showed me that cleanliness is a true priority here, not just a checklist item.

I really appreciate the high standards this team maintains and hope they continue to keep the hotel this clean. Thank you to the staff for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

Clean friendly

We stayed in Chinatown Springhill Marriott mainly because of the location to everything inclusive of transportation. Its close to all the best Asian cuisines which by the way Triple Crown. FYI there are two.The original on the block. Its about a 10m train ride to downtown, 15m walk to the lakefront & cloae to everything. Dont be afraid to walk around. Its Chicago we are always outside
