Great place, great room, great location!
Pros:

The space was beautifully decorated and very clean. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom and lighting was great, and the TV worked well.

Cons:

The pillows were not very fluffy and a little thin. But I wasn't bothered by that as I slept on them.

Great hotel
Pros:

I like the that. The place was really very nice and clean quiet. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in in a long time. I would definitely recommend this place and if I ever come back to Chicago that would be one place I would definitely want to stay at again. They even have a great hot breakfast

Cons:

Honestly, there isn't anything I can say that I did not like about the place. As far as I'm concerned it was perfect

Pros:

I had to attend a conference at the McCormick Convention Center, and the location was conveniently within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options available.

Pros:

All the front desk staff are great, competent, friendly and always helpful. I’ve stayed here three times. The breakfast is good, the rooms are comfortable and clean.

It was a ok stay
Pros:

Close to my event.

Cons:

Parking, small rooms, higher prices. Men work on the roof over from the window, I saw them so I’m sure they seen me.
